Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting existing road / PCC hard standing / pavement / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregates , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade underground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, including takingout existing cable , complete all as specified and as directed. Note(s): (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per serial Item No. 7.00 here-in-before but cross sectional area 16Sqmm 4.0 core aluminum.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic voltage stabilizer (servo controlled) for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled (duly filled) indoor type, mounted on wheels and designed for input variation between 340 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy + 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second and of capacity 25 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Location : Technical/Domestic/New Power House

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected and including GI strip 32 mmx6mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of brazing, GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth plates surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20 mm bore of GI pipe, light grade all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I, testing on completion including PCC 1:2:4 tye B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pit cover and PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 m , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sub main wiring with two single core 4Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed cables with stranded copper conductor FRLS, drawn in and including PVC cassing capping/ PVC conduit with all standard accessories including one run of continuous PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 4Sqmm (nominal area) for earth continuity, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- 3runs of 6Sqmm main cable and 01 run of cassing capping shall be measured as one unit/one Running Metre.

Material and labour for 10 KVA, 3 Phase , 440 Volts, 50 Hz AMF Panel made out of mild steel, paint coated dust & vermin proof, IP-45 Protection, Outdoor type totally enclosed type with front and rear door opening as per engineering practice provided with locking arrangement for opening of panel with provision of seperate chamber to enclose aluminium busbar of cap 200 Amps on epoxy insulators in horizontal position with min 10cm distance between busbars & panel body embedded in 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), on angle iron of size 40x40x6mm with footing 30 cm clear space between bottom of panel and flooring including all accessories prewired with insulated copper wires of suitable size. The panel shall compromise of the following fittings and fixture suitable for 10 KVA AMF Panel :- (a) MCCB - 02 No (b) Contractors - 02 Nos. (c) Controlling switches (e) Indication lights (f) MCB TP (g) Mutifunction digital meter with CTs & PTs of suitable size & Type idicating Volts, Amperes, PF, kW, kVA including energy meter - 01 No.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel Engine driven water cooled Generating set of capacity 10 KVA, 415 Volts, 18 BHP as per manufacture recommendation, AC Supply, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF at low temp high pressure, speed 1500 RPM mounted on common base frame with flexible coupling and meeting the requirement of IS-4722/BIS specification with CPCB-2 approved acoustic enclosures fabricated out of CRCA sheets as per manufacture recommendation Sound proofing of enclosures is done with high quality foam conforming to IS-8183 for 75 dBT 01 metre complete including PCC foundation in all respect as per norms of OEM. DIESEL ENGINE :6 Cylinder Water cooled diesel engine of adequate capacity suitable to deliver 10 KVA power at 1500 RPM generally in accordance with latest BIS/IS Specification provided with blower fan, 12 volts self starting including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity, charging dynamo/alternator , air cleaner, diesel/oil filters, complete in all respect. The engineer shall be capable of takings 10% over load for one hour for every 12 hours running conforming to the environment (PROTECTION ACT 1986) (29 OF 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India Notification Part II sections III Sub Section (I) dated 12 Jul 2004. (A) ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL : All relevant information shall be displayed on a complete panel for easy monitoring of lubricant, oil pressure, battery charging, ammeter, hours meter, starting switch etc (B) FUEL TANK : In built fuel tank adequate capacity for 12 hours running with stop cock, drain plug as per recommendation of OEM

(C) ALTERNATOR : 10 KVA at low temp high pressure, 3 phase 50 Hz, 415 volts, AC supply, 0.8 PF at 1500 RPM, this shall be self excited screen protected and drip proof type brushless, conforming to relevant IS/BIS code as per latest manufacturing schedule. (D) CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel shall be built in acoustic enclosures with the following accessories complete wired with suitable size of copper cable with following accessories:- (i) MCCB of suitable rating with over load and short circuit protection. (ii) Digital Ammeter (iii) Digital Voltmeter (iv) One set of indicating LED lamps RYB and fuses. (v) Frequency meter, RPM meter, Hour meter, Fuel level indicator. (vi) KWH meter of suitable capacity digital type for 3 phase 415 volt AC supply and for unbalanced load. (vii) Microprocessor based controller KG745 controlling various Mechanical &Electrical protection with display and indication of Electrical and mechanical Parameters areas follows. (E) Civil works:-All civil works including PCC platform and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structure of disturbed during installations and commissioning of genset .The depth of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer/ OEM designed.

(F) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Acoustic enclosure should be as per manufacturer recommendation. The walls of enclosures will be insulated to get 75 dba at 1 meter sound leveled as recommended by ministry of environment and forest. The enclosure shall have following provisions : (i) Fitting arrangement (ii) Point for neutral and body earthing (iii) Fuel drain (iv) Lub oil drainage (v) Air breather (vi) Easy stop push button (vii) Panel meter viewing window (viii) Canopy light as per OEM recommendations (G) Note : (i)The Gen set must be affixed with label meeting the following requirement ( The label shall be durable and legible) (a) Name and address of the engine manufacturer. (b) Statement that this engine conforms to the environment (PROTECTION) (c) Type and approval certificate number. (d) Date of manufacturing of Gen set. (ii) The complete DG Set including Engine/ Alternator shall be factory assembled by manufactured or its authorizes dealer as approved for assembling of the DG Set. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (iii) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG Set is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

(iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of engine oil (v) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS in presence E/M officer detailed by accepting officer ,all testing arrangements /equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests .POL shall be arranged by Contractor for testing and cost deemed to be included in quoted rate (vi) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load / resistive load / water load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (vii) DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy. (h) Retrofit emission control device of suitable capacity to be provided in DG sets within overall cost voated by the contractor if applicable as per policy. (j) Tenderer to make necessary liason with DG set manufacturer company before bid submission and date, so that once the tender is accepted the order is placed to manufacturer immediately. No representation will be accepted in this regard, later in regarding non availability of DG Set of specification given in description.
