Dismantling and taking down carefully aluminium conductor of size 6/2.11mm ferret type from OH lines (running on 11mtrs poles) after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multijointed/undersized conductors complete all specified and directed.

Supply fixing commissioning and testing of Aerial bunched XLPE insulated with aluminium conductor stranded 11000 volt (Earhed) grade 3 single core cross sectional area 120 sqmm and one 95 sqmm bare messanger on existing 11 m pole and fixing on MS channels including anchor clamps etc complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one Prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating sufficient for 11 KV insulation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm aggregate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm aggregate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dry fine sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable all as direted. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured & paid

M&L fo Brick well burnt locally available sub class "B" laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable all as directed.

M&L in replacement for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 25x4mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing medium grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia light grade GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with suitable handle,angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate and filling of vegetable soil to the remaining 10%,removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete, all as specified & directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing CPRI KIOSK type vermin proof HT panel/HT cable busbar chamber outdoor type size 60cm length x 45cm width x 90cm height as per Drawing size manufacturer cubical floor mounted type (IP-55 degree of protection weather proof) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint powder coated, 3x double air insulated aluminium bus bar size 300mm length x 50mm width x 6mm thickness bus bar space among 20cm gap, all door extensionable on both sides fixed with MS hinges with locking system front and back side danger notice plate board, bus bar made of aluminium strip duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators suitable for 240 Sqmm HT cable termination for 11KV 3 Phase 3 wire AC supply, thimbling, Cable entry boxes HT panel shall be mounted on iron angle frame made out of 50x50x6 mm frame with 4 Nos legs size not less than 60 cms fixed with nut bolts (bottom portion of the panel upto 30cm), including grouting by using foundation 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate including dismatling of old existing panel board, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for straight through cable jointing kit of size 120 Sqmm 1 core for aerial bunched cable with working voltage 11000 volts with jointing matrial and accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed. Make: Denson/ M Seal / 3 M

M&L for end termination cable jointing kit of size 120 Sqmm 1 core for aerial bunched cable with working voltage 11000 volts with jointing matrial and accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed. Make: Denson/ M Seal / 3 M

S&F in replacement of unserviceable HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor, 11KV grade, suitable for earthed system, with aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3 core incuding taking down unserviceable HT cable of any type / size/ description , etc laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole or passing through pipes or road crossing, including testing complete all specified and directed. (Note : Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid sepratley.)

Material and labour in replacement for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size but 120 sqmm with jointing material and accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed Make: Denson/ M Seal / 3 M

M&L for Boring hole under-neath road/hardstanding/pavement with trenchless technology using mechanical drilling/horizontal boring machine for crossing of cable without cutting the surface and providing 80mm bore HDPE pipe suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure and making good the disturbed area etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : 80mm bore HDPE pipe is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contactor.)

S&F in replacement for GI tubing 80 mm bore light grade laid in trenches/floors/ fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable with necessary fittings and FI clamps duly painted complete all as specified and directed.
