Clearing Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m / outside the periphery of the area cleared as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing Stone rubble masonry (In cement mortar) manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead.

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6/ M-10 with minimum cement content 220 Kg/Cum (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4/ M-15 with minimum cement content 320 Kg/Cum (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all levels.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticizer or super plasticizer) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level. Minimum cement content is as mentioned below:

Extra for RCC/PCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants .

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, propping, staging, supports etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

For Sub Structure

Supplying , cutting to shape and fixing specified diameter UPVC pipes as per IS 4985 in RR Masonry/ RCC walls for weep holes complete all as per drawings and as specified at site.

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. "Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia. bars TMT bars confirming to IS 1786. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials."

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials of approved manufacturer confirming to IS :2062 All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing and fixing SS concertina coil of 600/610mm dia. made from 304 grade Stainless steel with 2.50/2.60 mm SS wire and barb sheet of 0.5 mm thickness (Fish Hook Razor) , SS strip barb width of 31mm and each barb length of 60 mm and uniform gap between sharp barbs is 100 mm, 50 spirals stretching the coil to 6 m with approximate weight 9-10 Kg per coil (No of SS clips per coil is 125 and no of SS clips per Spiral pair is 5 nos), fixing the coil with clips between "Y" armed and MS angle posts / RCC post 2.50-3.00 m high from ground level, including supplying and fixing suitable clips etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Bidder shall obtain approval of Engineer in charge before procurement of materials with necessary test certificates.

Stainless steel Barbed wire Fencing over RCC post/ M.S angles placed at required distance, using Stainless steel 304 Grade binding wire tied/ SS 304 "J" hook to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (cost of RCC posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) : Payment to be made per meter cost of total length of barbed wire used. With Stainless steel 304 grade barbed wire 12 swg ( 2.50mm 2 ply line wire & barbs with 2.50 mm thick wires. Complete as per IS 1278.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and supplying of Pick-up Van / Utility Van for various areas for the requirements arising from time to time inside and outside BARC. The Pick-up Van / Utility Van of five seaters capacity with the back side provision for transporting/ shifting of various construction / maintenance materials, machineries and tools etc. and for other works including Driver as assigned and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (8Hrs. a day or 80 km max as per certification of Engineer-in-Charge). Conditions: 1. The above rates shall be inclusive of cost of supply of Pick-up Van / Utility Van, Fuel, wages of Drivers and other consumables etc.2. The Reporting time at the place of duty / as instructed by EIC shall be considered for the billing / measurement / payment. 3. In case the pick up van is parked inside the BARC premises then the reporting time of the driver to EIC shall be considered for the billing/ measurement/ payment. 4. Break Down Hours as per actuals and Lunch break (30 min.) timings shall not be considered for payment. 5. Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing the Running / final bills. 6. BARC being a strategic organization, the driver should have good credentials and shall have valid PVC, driving license and address proof. They should be in a position to understand Hindi / English / local language. 7. The make and model of the vehicle should be of not more than 8 years old, roadworthy all valid documents. 8. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition with good upholstery, fitness, good tyres and shall commensurate with the image of BARC. The tyres of the vehicles shall be replaced periodically and always with tyres of good condition .9. The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 10. The vehicle should be transport vehicle and preferably in white colour with a board "ON GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DUTY". 11. The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle including replacement of parts, wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 12. The cost of damages to any Government movable/immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the Contractor. 13. The rates are inclusive of all taxes if any, including Goods & Service taxes (GST). 14. The contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident / injury caused to the driver while executing the job. 15. The contractor shall follow minimum wages act and other rules of Government of Maharashtra. 16. No revision of price shall be entertained during the period of contract. 17. Hours more / less than 8 Hrs. a day will be paid / deducted on pro-rata basis. 18. In case of absence of Driver/vehicle for entire week, a penalty of Rs. 3000 /- will be imposed for that week.

Lead charges of soil for Lead exceeding 1 KM but not exceeding 2 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc. in Soil Note: The rate in respect of above is applicable for NET Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 20% in respect of soil from corresponding STACK / TRUCK Measurement

Providing and constructing brick work in Cement mortar using standard bricks of approved class/ quality, make or brand in foundation and plinth including curing, raking out joints, simultaneous pointing below plinth level if specified, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge; Brick work in C.M 1:6 using crushed sand.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved local stone in foundation and plinth in C.M 1:6 (using 100% Manufactured Sand) including raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing below ground level / plinth level, including levelling the masonry with cement concrete 1:6:12, curing etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Providing Raised and cut pointing on stone with cement mortar 1:3 using crushed sand as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with Socket jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete.

Providing and grouting the joints of rubble stone pitching with cement mortar 1:3 and pointing the surfaces as directed complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing in position 25 mm thick Joint filler board of approved make in expansion joints to the required size and shape, placing and keeping in position complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, checking of estimate quantities as per drawings, preparation of draft tender documents,draft work order and draft CST,compiling, binding and preparation of Agreements etc. overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder with 1 (one ) year experience/Diploma holder with 3 year experience /Licentiate in Civil/Construction Engineering / Technology conducted by Board of Technical Examinations / University/ Autonomous Govt / Govt recognized recognized Polytechnic/ Institute. (2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. (3)The contractor shall carry out number of jobs per month as per requirement at site and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one engineer exclusively for the particular job. (5) Engineer should be engagde after scrutiny of BARC Engineers/Engineer -in-charge and approved by Competent authority and the particular person is answearble only to BARC engineers/Engineer-in-charge .
