Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide or n exc 10 sqm in plan area and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

150mm bore reinforced concrete pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars, laid and jointed on concrete bed complete including testing, after demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes set in cement mortar including bedding haunching complete all as specified & as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150mm bore drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as solid block masonary exceeding 10cm and set in cement and sand mortar (1:4) including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

10mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces or masonry surfaces as in manholes, gully traps and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Plan cement concrete (1:2:4) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of masonry wall, benching of manholes etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, necessary formwork as required including demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Plan cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls for manholes, septic tanks etc and set in cement and sand mortar (1:6) including demolition of existing slab complete all as specified and directed

Mild steel TMT bars upto 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

SFRC manhole covers with rectangular frame of size 44"x26" thickness 4.75" and cover size 40"x22" thickness 2.75" with 36"x18" clear opening MD-10 fixed including dismentling of old manhole cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

Jodhpur stone roof slab, self faced 7.50cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement and sand mortar 1:3 including demolition / removal of existing stone slabs any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage in between WC and nahani trap/WC to Ist manhole / floor trap to nahani trap etc. by flexible roding and removal the all dirt up to a distance of 100 metre complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) In case a blockage reoccured with in 7 days the same shall be removed without any extra cost of the Govt. (ii) Cleaning of line in between manhole where in the blockage remove shall deemed to incl the rate coated. (iii) If contractor failed to clear the blockage with in 24 hours from the receipt of complaint, a penalty of Rs. 50 per day will charge up to 7 days and after 7 days same will be Rs. 100.00 till completion of complaint.

Dewatering of septic tank/soakage well/ grease trap of any size and any depth by pumping with trolley mounted pump sets including carrying the waste water in closed containers and unloading it out side the MoD land at location shown by Engineer-in-Charge at a distance not exceeding 5.00 KM from the starting point, septic tanks/ soakage wells/ grease trap of any size / depth complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Hydraulically driven high pressure pump, capacity of 295 L/Min at 135 bar. (ii) Hydraulically driven high pressure pump having 1850 cum/hr suction pressure. (iii) Rear hydraulic driven hose reel with 120m jetting hose. (iv) Proper safety of the operator during operation. (v) Rate shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Cleaning and desilting of manhole of any size and capacity or description but depth not exceeding 1.50 metre by excavation sewage wet/dry soil in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles outside the MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manholes, placing the cover of manholes in position and removing the sludge in covered van/ trolley out side in MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desilting of manhole of any size and capacity or description but depth exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3.00 metre by excavation sewage wet/dry soil in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles (van/trolley) outside the MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manholes, placing the cover of manholes in position and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley out side in MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desilting of manhole of any size and capacity or description but depth exceeding 3.00 metre but not exceeding 4.50 metre by excavation sewage wet/dry soil in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles (van/trolley) outside the MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manholes, placing the cover of manholes in position and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley out side in MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of solid/ liquid mud deposited in under ground sewage line upto and including 150mm bore of any type between consecutive manholes by hydraulic jet pressure machine, through connecting manholes, complete men, machine and water as required including removal and refixing of manholes covers complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor shall arrange safaiwala immediately as receipt of complaint and ensure that complaint is resolved within 24 hours and no lapses will be allowed.

Cleaning of solid/ liquid mud deposited in under ground sewage line 200mm to 300mm bore of any type between consecutive manholes by hydraulic jet pressure machine, through connecting manholes, complete men, machine and water as required including removal and refixing of manholes covers complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor shall arrange safaiwala immediately as receipt of complaint and ensure that complaint is resolved within 24 hours and no lapses will be allowed.

Gully traps Salt-glazed stoneware, square or round of size 180mm x 150 mm mouthed, type 'P', fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa Pattern' of size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with P' or 'S' trap complete including jointing and making good to floor provision of PCC 1:5:10 bed including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white colour, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-sypohonage pipe etc., with plastic water closet seat cover (white colour) closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Flushing cistern PVC of capacity 10 Litres valve less syphonic action type, low level, white colour, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete with flush pipe fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc over 15mm thick in cement and mortar (1:6) bedding set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling with cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed

PVC (SWR) floor trap 75mm dia outlet plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement fixed in cement concrete type B-1:2:4 fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Stack clamp made out of MS flat 50 mm x 5mm and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts & nuts, securing ends of stays to walls or roof for 75mm bore pipe including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces fixed as in repair complete all as specified & as directed.

Cleaning of roughened surface of sunken floor by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm and Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (sunken floor/wall) and then applying two course treatment including taking down existing treatment as follow :- (i) Applying bitumen primer @0.40 Kg/Sqm (ii) Laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified membrance 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm with 100 GSM/Sqm non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and over lap sealed and finished neat. (iii) 40 mm bore GI pipe for spout pipe length 0.75m

Lime concrete with 40 mm graded stone aggregate in lime mortar 1:2 as filling in sunken floor as in any situation including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid as in floor even and fair, without using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed
