Quantity allocation among eligible vendors shall be based on pre decided tender criteria as per Para 25.2 of Instructions to tenderers and General Conditions of tenders. Such orders shall be treated as bulk orders. Indian Supplier shall be defined as follows; A supplier or bidder shall be considered to be from India if (1) the entity is incorporated in india, or (2) a majority of its shareholding or effective control of the entity is exercised from India, or (3) more than 50% of the value of the item being supplied has been added in India.
