Dismantling Brick / Stone Masonry in lime mortar walls under 3m high including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications

Dismantling Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 8 3/4” x 4 1/4” x 2 3/4” with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge. - In Cement Mortar 1:5

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Roofing with Galvanised corrugated iron sheet of thickness 0.8mm including all cost and conveyance etc completed

Supplying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of following thickness for cup- board arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality vitrified Tiles of following size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Vitrified Tiles of Size : Variety : Stainfree Nano polished Vertified tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm

Fabricating supplying and fixing in position M.S Steel framed door with weldmesh and fine wire mesh netting etc. with necessary locking facilities and hinges including cost of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS SC copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5AFT switch in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light/fanpoint (forelectronicregulator) (5pointsper coil)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW Round blocs on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD87)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable for 15 W LED Bulb

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with One coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of following size of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Using Pressed Tiles of 230mm x 230mm x 16 mm to 18mm

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
