Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil incl clearing jungle vegetation,grass, brush wood, trees up to a distance of 3.0 m outside the periphery of area complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreiforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches,n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth,for foundation,etc or for shafts, wells,cesspits,manholes, pier holes etc n.exc. 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returing , filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm completed all as specified and directed

Removing of excavated soil/ demolished material n exc .50m and directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point completed all as specified and directed.

M&L, for broken stone hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread, and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface for levelling and slope maintaning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy resin (FAIR BOND EP) on old concrete surface @ 0.30 kg/sqm including preparation of surface as per manufacturer's instructions and applying 25 mm thick (average thickness) of cement and sand (fine grit) in ration 1:4 mixed with chloride free spray concrete plastizer (spray crete) as per manufacture's instruction with guniting machine of pressure capacity not less than 5 Kg per sqm and finished the surface even and smooth in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS welded steel wire fabric as wire mesh to RCC wall/ column etc incl all cutting and waste ( wt not exceed 4.0 kg /sqm ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in leveling course, coping, foundation, plinth protection etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , foming joints to full depth at every 3 m intervals and at every change of direction and filling with bitumen and sand mixture 1:3 by weight complete al as spfd and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as per specified and directed.

S& F joist channel, MS pipe, angel,flat, or tee section as in post and strut in fencing including drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh/chanelling fencing) incl all necessary drilling riveting ,bolts, welding etc. similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. M & L for praparation of newly steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed

S& F in repair 110 mm dia pvc (SWR ) pipes ,jointed in solvent, in any length laid in trenche , drain , wall or in floors incl all necessary joint, waste, cutting, bend, juction , etc completes all as specified and directed.
