If authorized dealer quoting against the tender enquiry, firm should upload tender specific authorization from OEM, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference.

OEM Work Test Certificate to be submitted by the firm for Conformity of material & specifications.
GC/WC as per latest IRS terms condition must be submitted along with supply.
All the bidders or tenderers should ensure that they are GST complaint and their quoted tax structure /rate is as per GST Law with GST registration number.
If firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents , the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.
Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. SSE/C&W/IC/Sealdah.
