ITEM No.1- One time repairing of existing centralized AC plant consist of the following, to make the plant fit for smooth running.
(1) 8.75 TR air cooled package unit, voltas make-02 nos.
(2) 27000CFM AHU, Edgetech airsystem make -03 nos.
(3) 13000CFM AHU, Edgetech airsystem make -03 nos.
(4) 8000CFM AHU, Edgetech airsystem make-01 nos.
(5) 6000CFM AHU, Edgetech airsystem make-01 nos.
(6) 11 TR Condensing unit, blue star make-23 nos.
(7) Makup Air handling unit - 01 No.
Including: (1) all parts and spares such as gas,gas charging,electronic circuit, all filter, Humidifier, Dehumidifier, Heater, repairing/ replacement of compressor, fan motor, fan belt, condensor fan motor, LED Display etc required for smooth functioning of Air conditioning plant comprising of all the machinery,equipment installed in the AC plant room including Air handling units, AC plants complete job in all respects.
(2) Repair of HMI panel including replacement of faulty parts, display & controling software for existing AHU plant, complete job in all respect as directed by engineer-incharge.
NOTE- (1) Tenderer are requested to check physically all the Centralized AC plant before quoting the rate. Rate quoted inclusive all taxes.
(2) On award of work, the plant will be handed over to contractor in as it is condition.
