Engagement of JCB for Levelling of ground including removing vegetations,grass,brush wood ,trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.All kinds of soil .

Providing and laying of dry stone soling (hand packed) incl. carriage of same by MT 15 Kms.

P/Laying of Cast-in-Situ Cement Concrete of M10 Mix (1:3:6) using 20mm nom. size stone aggregate and plum as 20% (Using Vibrator for compaction of concrete.)

P/Fixing of formwork including removal of same.

12 mm thick plaster in 1:4 mix inc curing.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.1 mm thick.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm).

Carriage of sand bajree by MT 15 Km avg lead.

P/fixing of steel in built up sections in angles and flats including drilling, one coat of red oxide, and two coats of approved paint (complete job)
