Dismantling of existing Stand Indication poles (6Mtr) i/c Retroreflective Stand Number Indicator (SNI) Triangular board [each face 1200(L)mm x 1200(H)mm] and WGS84 Board [size 1200(L)mmx800(H)mm]at various remote bays by removing/cutting anchor fastners, de-welding and reinstallation of above dismantled SNI and WGS 84 Boards on the existing AVDGS pole (9 Mtr) as per the Schematic drawing attached under SCC with necessary fabrication of MS flat/angles/pipes of suitable sizes with GI coating for installation of above boards and shifting the dismantled pole(6Mtr) to the AAI stores and as directed by Engineer-In-charge as required. Note: The rate shall including the necessary lifting arrangement for installation of above boards in order to safeguard the existing AVDGS unit (installed on the 9 Mtr pole).
Supply of Stand Number Indicator (SNI) Triangular board (Each face sized 1200(L)x 1200(H)mm) made up of 3 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro-reflective sheeting pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @20cm c/c to back support to Aluminium sheet made of powder coated. The provision shall be made for fixing the triangular board to the pole. The background colour and size / colour of lettering shall be as per ICAO specifications. Note: The signage matter will be provided by AAI.

Installation of SNI/WGS84 Boards (under S.No.2/3) on the existing AVDGS pole (9 Mtr) (as per the Schematic drawing attached under SCC) with necessary fabrication of MS flat/angles/pipes of suitable sizes with GI coating for installation of above boards and complete as required. Note: The rate shall including the necessary lifting arrangement of above boards (under S.No.2 /3) for installation in order to safeguard the existing AVDGS unit (installed on the 9 Mtr pole). (Note: The Qty of 1 Job Consists of Installation of 1 Board.)
Providing and erecting a MS barricade (of MS 'C' Channel size 150x75x5.7mmthick) around AVDGS pole/electrical installtion with required riveting, welding, anchor fasting on the floor etc., including primer coat and approved synthetic enamel paint and complete as required. (Note: The Qty is in Running Meter)
Providing and fixing a MS Sheet (of MS Flat size 600x600x2mm thick) for covering the stand of Outdoor feeder pillar with required riveting/nut and bolts etc., including primer coat and approved synthetic enamel paint and complete as required.
