MTPS I OAHS Overhauling of Scrapper Feeders 4A1 and 4B2 in Bottom Ash Hopper Unit IV.

Charges for Cutting and removal of worn out / eroded ‘U’ Clamps, ‘L’ bracket, Scrapper Chains and Scrapper Bars Reassembling of Scrapper bars ‘ L’ bracket, Scrapper Chains and ‘U’ Clamps with new Spares etc.

Charges for dismantling of plumber block, main shaft assembly, Gear coupling take up shaft assembly, Submerged/ idler wheel assembly, with drawl wheel assembly from scrapper feeder, Cleaning and inspect all the internals and replacing the worn out spares and reassembling the same with Scrapper feeder this work also includes reconditioning of worn out submerged/main shaft/idler wheel shaft and any machining work if necessary.

Charges for replacement of Worn out S.S liner plates, Scrapper bar guide plates etc.(Required quantity of SS plates will be supplied by TANGEDCO ).

Charges for replacement of worn out M.S door plates, Bottom structure portion, supporting channels, slope plates, chute, M.S guide plates etc. (Required quantity of M.S plates, channels will be supplied by TANGEDCO).

Painting the inner surface of feeder with one coat of Red oxide paint and two coats of AC Black Paint including cost of paint.

Painting the outer surface of feeder with one coat of HR Aluminum paint including cost of paint.

Charges for Loading and transporting of new materials from central stores / MTPS I and unloading and at work site. (Required Vehicle will be provided by TANGEDCO on free of cost).

Segregation of scrap item-wise, transporting and devoluting the same to Central stores /MTPS-I . ( Required Vehicle will be provided by TANGEDCO on free of cost)

Charges for removing worn-out drive sprocket teeth in Main shaft and Jackshaft and re-fixing new drive sprocket teeth with suitable packing piece in the both shafts.
