M&L preparing old decorated surfaces, plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of white wash on walls of buildings, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but two coat of white (lime) wash as required basis, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on chajjas/lintel etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement in patches, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 in on surface of walls and finished even and fair (without using extra cement) in patches, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 in on surface of ceiling and finished even and fair (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/chajja/lintel and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with 2mm thick wall care putty and preparation of surfaces for further treatment and applying two coats of distemper, oil emulsion white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coats of weather paint (apex) over wall surfaces etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface of walls of any description by washing, rubbing down and applying two coats of apex paint over a coat of cement primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint), any colour, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but wooden surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel work of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, any colour, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 21 above but steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and change of existing colour including removal of scaled paint where ever required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and change of existing colour including removal of sclaed paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for change of existing colour, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L obliterating old writing of any description n exc 0.10 Sqm with synthetic enamel paint to match existing work and rewriting existing letter, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing wall finishes, any type by vigorously wire brushing, brooming, dusting & finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes & foreign materials, making good minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents cracks etc in CM 1:3 & applying 02 coats putty (Birla putty) on the surface with uniform thickness incorporating Birla putty @ 2.00 kg/Sqm & making surface absolutely smooth on entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing broken edges of chajja's, roof projection, Fascias etc . In small widths/depths ( exposed area not exc 0.16 Sqm ) by breaking the cracked/loose portion and filling with Cement Mortar / Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ,Type B-0 , using 12.5 mm Crushed stone aggregates , over GI wire mesh, giving a coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using chemical for bonding old and new concrete/plaster and finishing with CM 1:3 plastering, incl 2 coats of white wash to match the exisitng surfaces incl removing debris , necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement if any provided shall be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No 27 above but exposed area exc 0.16 Sqm but n.exc 0.5 Sqm.
