Manufacturing of P.C.C. Slabs of size 45 x 30 x 7.5 Cm. in Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20 mm HBSJ. The rate shall include mixing concrete using a mixer machine, laying the concrete in steel moulds, after properly oiling them and vibrating with a table vibrator finishing the top surface smooth, placing the slab along with the mould and base plate in the casting yard, removing the mould carefully after initial setting, placing the slab in the curing tank after 24 hours from the time of casting, removing them from curing tank after 7 days of curing, stacking them in stacking yard within a lead of 100 metre and curing them for full period by sprinkling water as directed by Departmental officers
