Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for soiling (or sub base) 150 mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulder or quarried stone, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled using 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 75 mm thick each layer with coarse aggregates of limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite stone of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, watered, rolled using 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly prepared water bound macadum surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) (VG-10) Viscocity Grade -10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of road surfaces and providing for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete, 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required smooth surface, camber and gradient with power roller 8 tonne to 12 tonne capacity, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall quote his rates by considering binder content @5.5% of total mix by weight. However in case of any variation in weight of binder as per actual mix design, the same shall be adjusted @ Rs. 60/- per Kg.

M&L for Moorum/ red bajri filling in floor or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of dual directional reflective ABS plastic body cat eye of impact resistant ABS plastic stud 100 x 115 mm, double moulded solid state having ultra-voilet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) with plastic ABS reflective strip containing 86 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow, a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12 mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for thermoplastic road marking paint not less than 2mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters not exceeding 15 cm in width, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflevtive glass beads @ 250 to 300 gm/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacturer's instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.
