Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly, hearted, built in CM 1:6 but except stone complete all as specified and directed.. Note :- Serviceable stones obtained from demolition of stone masonry shall be reused in the work.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks set in CM type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm below or above ground level a complete all as specified and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in paving/plinth protection, hardstanding laid in panels and joints filled with mix of bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight, finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete commercial Tiles25CMX25CMX22mm /30cm x 30cm x 20 to 22mm thick of with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished laid ande over 15mm Screed in CM 1:3 including taking out of old chequred tiles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete M-35 interlocking coloured paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment including taking down of old paver block all as specified as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation all as specified as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in coping, benching, bed block etc and disposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

The quoted rate includes demolition of post hole concrete and redo the same after positioning grill post. Note: Dismantled grills to be stored in directed location by Engn-In-Charge upto completion of repair work of compound wall without any hindrance to the Users.

Uprooting scrubs/plant/flora & fauna on wall girth not exceeding 100mm from brick wall by cutting holes into masonry/walls for digging out roots and dosing Sulfuric/Phenolic Acid as per manufacturer's instruction to burn deep rooted tree roots and making good the disturbed area with cement mortar in CM 1:3 using water proofing compound including necessary scaffolding upto a height of 16 metre complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for 110mm PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length laid on floors including taking down of old PVC pipe etc all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar and removing debris outside MD land omplete all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone, 18-20 mm thick, over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including a screed bed of 20mm thick in CM 1:4

Taking down unserviceable barbed wire fencing of any description and in any position, Supply and fixing new Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured.
