Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick, light shade as approved (square or rectangular), polished, area of each tiles n. exc. 0.36 Sqm (square / rectangular) in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mmx350mmx7mm thick, on vertical surface such as skirting, dados and risers to step etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
