All as per item No.01 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exc 3.0mtr deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and pinning to provide required cover as per SSR Part –I complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punnd thickness of sand layed shall be measured and paid to contractor.

Supply and laying bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' bricks old size for cable protection or laid dry on surface/foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in wall, reataining wall any thickness, size, shape, base of pole in pole pit and foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as mass filling and coping of pole and strut, stay around the pole etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable pole any type after disconnecting all electrical connection incl clearance of site complete all as the direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and errection in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31, 09 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws incl painting with synthetic enamelled aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer after errection and providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete and marking pole number on pole all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engr-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

S&F stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230X230X6 mm3, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc. all as per electrical plate No 1 of SSR part I and as directed incl taking down old unserviceable stay assembly. Note: Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid separately.

M & L in replacement cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primercoat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint. incl dismantling and taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including Galvanised steel straps, washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, section of strap 30mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white or brown 1100 volts grade 100 mm height and 65 mm dia with Galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator, jumpring of any size as required at site incl dismantling and taking down old unserviceable conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F danger notice board/plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bone in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts approved size for LT 20x15cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of mild steel bars (round,square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves make to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for detecting of fault in LT under ground cable with fault locator equipment . Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item (b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 1000/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting , joint making Joint will be paid under relevant item.

Repair and replacement of hydraulic crimping machine with crimping range from 10 sqmm to 400 sqmm with standard dies from 10 mm to 400 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Re-stretching existing/retrieved ACSR conductor on LT pole and binding conductor on insulator properly using new binding wire/jumper wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Each Run of line conductor shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and fixing Busbar chamber based on single door enclosure construction duly powder coated , IP 42 , DMC insulators , CRCA sheet of 1.2 mm, cable entry from bottom , 04 nos. AL busbar of capacity 400 Amps suitable for set of 04 aluminium busbar 200 amps or three phases and neutral, locking arrangement tral, chamber may be fixed on pole , wall, surface as per site requiremnet complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning indoor type cubical LT panel board suitable for fixing 01 nos ACB of capacity 1250 Amps draw out type as incomer and 06 nos. of MCCBs of capacity 400 Amps each as outgoing , size of panel not less than 1.6 m x 1.2 m x 0.8 m shell made out of 2.00 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50 x 50 x 6mm on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60cm above the ground level and 45cm below the ground level, factory fabricated , lockable, openable by keys, having pad lock arrangement with both side, with pad lock of three keys 2 nos. olouvers and air vent, gasket ‘u’ type for natural flow of air, completed dust & vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50 Hz factory fabricated having modern fabrication followed by power coated painting having thickness not less than 100 microns TPN aluminum bus bar 1600 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulators, marking connection with aluminum strip conductor of and general construction to IS-8623 of 1993 comprising of the following:-

RYB indication LED type, 22.5mm dia, 230 volts protected with MCB SP 2 Amp showing 3 phase supply -03 Nos

Misc items like screws, cable tie, copper cable 1.5/2.5 Sqmm, cabe lugs, sleeves etc complete

Note (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) MCCBs and ACBs will be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

M & L for Black colour PVC electrical insulation tape role of length 16m -20m and width 18 mm to 22 mm , single sided suitable for voltage upto 600 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F overvoltage relay 230 V AC, U>275 V AC, 3 Phase in 1 module suitable for 3 Ph+N incl complete connections with MCB 4 pole all as specified and directed. Make: Madel No. MZ 216 of Hager or equivalent in Schenider or Legrand.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN 415 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 63 Amps suitable for fixing with overvoltage relay incl connection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Make of MCB TPN will be same as overvoltage relay.
