Repair and replacement of GI tube light grade of bore 50 mm with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads/PCC and making good after laying of cable up to building height complete including taking down all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Repair and replacement of GI tube light grade of bore 80 mm with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads/PCC and making good after laying of cable up to building height complete including taking down all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L complete for drilling hole through machine under hard standing /road in different location as per site requirement (between 03 mtr to 40mtr maximum) for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of bookle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified

M&L for disconneting and taking down U/S High Mast light fitting from the steel tower and repair the same (of any type, capacity & make) by replacement of spare parts & making the fitting functional and refixing after repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Spare parts/accessories required to be replace shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only" under the relevent items.

M&L for cleaning and greasing,lubrication of High Mast light lowering device and making it smooth to operate as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- 1. Greasing to GI wire and electric motor shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Rate shall deemed to be included for the use of hydra for repairing the high mast light.

M&L for repair of gear box of High Mast light lowering device and making it smooth to operate as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 250 watt LED flood light, outdoor type with IP 66 protection, PF>= 0.90, lumen efficacy >= 100 lumen/watts, 5700 K, light luminaire engergy saving, environmental friendly long life with high power led as light source suitable for highlighting architectural feature or area lighting also suitable to rough services over the high mast tower of appx height upto 15 to 20 Mtr incl taking down old one etc from the tower complete as specified and directed Make- Wipro cat part No LF20-342-060-57-XX or equivalent HPL/Havells/CG etc as approved by GE. Note :- (a) Rate shall deemed to be included for taking down old unsv and fixing of flood light above the High Mast Tower at the height of 15 to 20 Mtr including proper alingment of Bracket of tower in symmetrical manne including minor repair etc.

S & F street light bracket made out of 40/50 mm dia GI heavy grade tubing not less than 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape including pole clamps made out of 50 x 6 FI and nut bolts and washers all as specified and directed including taking down old.

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm 2 core cable, PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 volt, confirming to IS :694 including replacement of old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of LED Driver with surge protector suitable for 60 to 90 watt LED fitting with universal voltage 90-300 volts alternating current ,short circuit,over temperature and over load protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make C&S/ Wipro /Philips/syska/havells/Bajaj or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:-Driver & surge protector shall be of same make or suitable for LED fitting as available at site..

Replacement old/burnt LED light driver suitable for LED Flood light fitting of capacity upto 50/60/120/200 watt with existing make or equivalent out of makes specified in list of make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of pole of less than 6 mtr by removing all dirt, dust etc and apply paint with good finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of electric steel pole by removing all dirt, dust etc and apply one coat of aluminium paint on complete steel surface including cross arm and writing of identification No , etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of DWC HDPE tubing 50 mm bore for open/underground laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection including cutting of road etc/cutting of PCC and making the good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of DWC HDPE tubing 80 mm bore for open/underground laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection including cutting of road etc/cutting of PCC and making the good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item no 20 & 21 :- (a) The using of GI Clamp in the wall/drainage rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The insulation of DWC pipe should be of high that does not deteriorate with UV rays/ heavy sun rays/winter season etc. (c) Drawing existing cable through DWC pipe or use of pipe and entry and exit of cable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete for making coping of street/security pole of size 60x60x30 cm along with GI Pipe of 40mm light grade for entry/exit of cable all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. Note: The rate of pipe is seperately quoted in the schedule

M&L for bricks works with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius built in cement mortar 1: 6 etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for retro reflective signs with a corrosion resistance 03 mm thick aluminium composite panel face to be fully concord with high intensity prismatic sheeting type IV as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with MS angle frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm, along with HIP grade type IV sheeting, metallic border, aerows, name of plant/installation/destination name, Stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers and rivets including ploting/pasting/anti-corrosive paint - 02 coat over two coat of red oxide paint etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(a) Frame work excluding the ACP sign board shall be measured and paid separately. (b) letter writting shall deemed to be including in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of Mild steel frame work such as angles of size not less than 25x25x4 mm for supporting of aluminium composite panel including drilling and countersunk for screw, bending and welding angles, as necessary all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 4 Sqmm x 2 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (1) Cable laying on the wall/cement piller and uses of thimbles, PVC Clamp/Iron Clamp etc rates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board. Single pole & neutral 240 volts 2 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection single door complete with appropriate size in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification . Make : HPL or equivalent as approved by Garrision Engineer.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole & neutral 240, 'C' curve SPN 32 amps,with rupturing capacity 10 KA and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : HPL or equivalent as approved by Garrision Engineer.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 70 watt 230 V in the retroreflective sign boards, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp. Make :- HPL/Wipro/Havells or equivalent as approved by Garrison Engineer.

M&L for submain wiring with two single core 2.5 sqmm (2x 2.5 sqmm) PVC FR insulated unsheahted flexible copper conductor and one single core 2.5 sqmm PVC FR insulated unsheahted flexible copper conductor green colour as earth lead in and including concealed PVC conduit light grade cutting chases to wall for laying conduit and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification all as srequired at site or directed by engineer in charge Note :Earth wire is connected to Existing Earthing . M&L for Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber wall mounted, made out of MS sheet comprising of Copper strips each of 200 Amps, 8 way,appx 60 cm long duly insulated mounted on insulators including complete with all accessories and connections with copper thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points including taking out old unserviceable bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fix 3/4 pole power contactor MCE 22 (2NO and 2NC), 250 amps of capacity suitable for upto 160 KVA to 200 KVA DG set ,AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz for AMF panel including testing or as per existing make/type/rating/model for AMF panel boards etc and taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 3/4 pole power contactor MCX 32 (2NO and 2NC), 200 Amps of capacity suitable for upto 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA DG set ,AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz for AMF panel including testing or as per existing make/type/rating/model for AMF panel boards etcand taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 3/4 pole power contactor MCE 15 R, 160 Amps of capacity suitable for upto 10 KVA to 40 KVA DG set ,AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz for AMF panel including testing or as per existing make/type/rating/model for AMF panel boards etc and taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting the existing cable from loop near the panel and making end termination with aluminium lugs of suitable size without jointing kit with cable glands suitable for LT U/G cable of following sizes:

120 x 3.5 to 185 x 3.5 sqmm .

50 x 3.5 to 95 x 3.5 sqmm .

M & L for 3.15 mm CRCA MS Sheet with 02 (two) coat Machine spray paint over one coat red oxide primer/paint alongwith fixing arrangement through nut, bolts or welding etc suitable for panel base plate or panel canopy all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Rate include for making the hole in the gland according to the size of cable and re-connecting the cable in the existing panel etc.

M & L for brazing work with copper brazing alloy rod with help of oxygen and LPG cylinder using required copper strip of size 20mm x 3mm upto 30 mm length along with cleaning work of strip with descaling solution/emery paper which are laid as roof/down conductor on any height of building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for brazing work with copper brazing alloy rod with help of oxygen and LPG cylinder using required copper strip of size 25 mm x 3mm upto 30 mm length along with cleaning work of strip with descaling solution/emery paper which are laid as roof/down conductor on any height of building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
