Development of Hatiasuni Park and Play Ground Bhubaneswar

Earthwork in excavation of all kinds of soil in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width od 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including taking out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, with all lead and lift, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling Foundation and plinth with avelable excavated Earth including leveling and watering, all labour and matrials complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-II material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 3 :6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period including all cost of labour, material, conveyance, royalties and taxes, sundries ,T & P etc.complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 4 :8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period including all cost of labour, material, conveyance, royalties and taxes, sundries ,T & P etc.complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
