M& L for Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 M in width and 1.5 M in deep for laying of pipes and getting out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 M away, depositing as directed at level n. exc. 1.5 M above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing crushed stone dust sand cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type -1, flat of size 300mm X 180mm X 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, connecting & testing of 95 Sqmm 11 KV Earthed HT UG XLPE Insulated cable with aluminum conductor multistranded grade in trenches including lugs and cable glands of appropriate size including taking down of old unserviceable HT Cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches / along the wall / floor pipes GI light grade of size 100 mm with and including all fittings and accessories complete all as specified and and directed for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F In repairs outdoor Heat shrinkable end termination kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm, including cutting and taking out of unserviceable cable end termination jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Disconnecting earthing , Cable of suitable size from falsh over cable termination compartement and foundation bolts or any arrngement for taking out HT VCB, HT 11 KV from LOS/SNCOs mess for Servicing /minor reapir properly cleaning all bushing and carbon spot along with testing of VCB insulation test of intreptors etc, also setting of relay and testing of wiring as per drwing of manufacture all Jointing/ HT contact should be maintain with perteilium jelly and after Servicing, breaker should be reconnected in all respect at Kalina area/LOS/SNCOs Mess, connect the the breaker all as per existing arrangement and restore the power supply complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Disconnecting earthing , Cable of suitable size from falsh over cable termination compartement and foundation bolts or any arrngement for taking out HT VCB, HT 11 KV from Kalina Camp & Sion Phase- II for Servicing /minor reapir properly cleaning all bushing and carbon spot along with testing of VCB insulation test of intreptors etc, also setting of relay and testing of wiring as per drwing of manufacture all Jointing/ HT contact should be maintain with perteilium jelly and after Servicing, breaker should be reconnected in all respect at Sion Phase-II , connect the the breaker all as per existing arrangement and restore the power supply complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for repair/replacement of HT VCB 11 KV, VCB Bushing Jaw contract male & Female Finger type and as per site requirment to be repair/repaced duly applied petroleum jelly to avoid the moisture containts from Bushing contact complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for repair/replacement of HT VCB 11 KV, VCB Bushing HTJaw contract male & Female Right Angle Bushing type and as per site requirment to be repair/repaced duly applied petrolium jalley to avoid the moisture containts from Bushing contact contract complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for repair/replacement of HT VCB 11 KV, Heater assembly complete small pocket type and as per site requirment to be repair/repaced duly applied three days test continious to avoid the moisture containts from Bushing contact contract complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for repair/replacement of HT VCB 11 KV, Earth fault relay assembly complete as per site requirment to be repair/repaced duly applied three days test continious to avoid the earth fault to save the equipments life complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for repair/replacement of HT VCB 11 KV, Master relay assembly/MIMIC relay assembly complete as per site requirment to be repair/repaced duly applied three days test continious to avoid the fault to save the equipments life complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for testing of 160KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test and ratio test and trasformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certifcate after testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge. Note: Test of the transformer would be on every six months ( Twice in year).

M & L for testing of 200KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test and ratio test and trasformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certifcate after testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge. Note: Test of the transformer would be on every six months ( Twice in year).

M & L for testing of 250KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test and ratio test and trasformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certifcate after testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge. Note: Test of the transformer would be on every six months ( Twice in year).

M & L for testing of 500KVA 11/.433 KV step down transformer for insulation resistence , Magnetic test and ratio test and trasformer oil for Acidity test and submit the test certifcate after testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge. Note: Test of the transformer would be on every six months ( Twice in year).

Equipment labour for filtration of transformer oil as in topping up by filtartion plant to remove moistrure and carbon contentents to achive dielectric strength of oil up to 50KV in 4mm gap and producing test result on recordes before and after filtartion and including Disconnecting the HT and LT cables and cleaning the bus bar surfaces and reconnecting the cables by providing copper washers, bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge. Note - (a) Oil required for topping up while for filtaration will issued under respective item of Sch A . (b) Filtration of the transformer would be on every six months ( Twice in year).

Supply only transformer oil to be incorporated in item No 16 above IS -335 andcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge.

M&L for prepration of old painted surface of transformer 11KV/415 Volt 100 KVA to 500 KVA , including removing of any oil spillage, and applying two coat of anti corrosive paint of shade as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge.

M & L For taking out unserviceable LV bushings and replacing LV Bushings with copper/brass stud complete with rubber gasket, brass bolts, brass nuts all for 11KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 100 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L For taking out unserviceable HV 11 KV bushings and replacing HV 11 KV Bushings with copper/brass stud complete with rubber gasket, brass bolts, brass nuts all for 11KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 100 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in Replacement Silica Gel Breather with silica gel for 11 KV Transformer of Rating from 160 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the existing HT/LT cable from transformer terminal and taking down Transformer of 100KVA TO 500 KVA capacity from position and shift to new location on pole/ PCC platformfor the maint/relocation/maint of sub station ect including reconnection of existing HT/LT cable connection incl transportation distance not Exc 2500 meters of capacity up to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for & rewinding of HT coil with same gauge & same material of exsisting coil with similar class of exsisting insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing the LT coil from core carefully & re-insulation of LT coil with same class of insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from HT/LT sides of the transformer keeping them at safe side and taking out the transformer indoor type 100 to500 KVA,11 / .433KV step down/step up any make carrying out complete overhauling which shall complete of the following :- (a) M & L for lifting transporting handling,the transformer to workshop and opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts,washers etc including disconnecting core assy from HT/LT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/body) of the transformer. (b) M&L for draining out transformer oil from the above said transformer in the suitable capacity of container/drums and keeping it in safe custody for reuse. (c) M&L for cleaning of the transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt/sludge/foreign particles etc from the bottom/body of the transformer and drying/heating up the shell from inside before refilling of the transformer oil. (d) Cleaning/washing through core and windings of the tansformer by housing down with clean dry oil conforming IS 335/983,removing deposited dirt sludge/foreign particles from the windings/core and revarnishing of the windings with super varnish including heating/drying/packing complete carefully and throughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtained required value of insulation resistance etc all as per IS and directed by Engr-in-charge

(e) Lifting and refixing core assy inside the transformer shell gently and carefully,connecting of HT/LT/Neutral connections to the bushings assy,fixing of the tap change over incl tightenting of nut,bolts,washers of the core to reduce humming noise all as directed. (f) Refilling the transformer oil in the shall of transformer only after carrying out filteration by heating upto oil 105 degree certigrade to active reqd dielectric strength and submitting the test result before and after filteration of oil in presence of Engr-In-Charge on proper performa duly signed. (g) Refixing the top cover incl replacement of corck sheet/gasket ,tightenting of nut bolt,washers etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (h) Lifting/shifting to the place from where removed and reinstalling the transformer including connecting HT/LT/Neutral/Earthing connections etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note:- (i) Any damage to insulator/bushes/windings etc while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt.The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (ii) The job taken for repair/overhauling should be complete with in 15 days from the date of handing over the individual transformer,failing which necessary arrangement to be made by the contractor at no extra cost. (iii) Rewinding / re-insulation of winding of HT/LT coil will be paid seperately under relavant item of sch.

Ditto all as per Ser Item No 30.00 above but 11/0.433KV OCB complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for maintenance free chemical Gel based earthing, solid copper Pipe having 25 mm dia 3 mtr long copper pipe 25 Kg back fill compound all as required at site including testing on completion and taking down of old earthing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge including FRP cover of suitable size Note : (a) Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 1.0 Ohms on testing after completion. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn into conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any indicated situation for loop earthing etc copper strip 20mmx3mm and includidng taking out unserviceable copper strip of any sizes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer.in.charge.
