M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick rendering on roof surface including flashings and junction of parapets etc, finished even and smooth in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound 200 ml each cement bag (50 Kg) after brushing cement slurry including Taking down cement plaster on top of roof slabs, RCC chajja, and projection etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and including removing & taking out of roof treatment membrane etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete surfaces and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed by evenly a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using with 85/25 grade industrial bitumen , over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane with non-woven polyester reinforced of weight not less than 3 kg per Sqm unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using with 85/25 grade industrial bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.200 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete of plastered surface of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30Kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end lapse 75mm and 100mm as per manufactures instructions and applying over it of tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown between @ 1.20Kg per Sqm and finally finish the top by providing PCC tiles of size (200x200mm) and (20-22mm) thick machine made laid on 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar. The joint of the tiles shall be grouted and flush pointed with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sunken slab treatment comprising of the following : (a) Taking out / down old existing sunken slab treatment and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of rubbish from the site of work to a distance n. exc. 250m complete all as specified and directed. (b) Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) over cleaned surfaces (c) Material and labour 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) with liquid water proofing compound (WPC) @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement consumed or as per manufacturer's instruction to sides and bottom of sunken slab (d) M & L for applying to sides and bottom of sunken slab bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surface and applying bitumen of grade 85/25 over primed surface @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and laying APP based polymeric water proofing membrane 3mm thick of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap and sealed with hot flame. complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and clearing vegetation, debries from roof top, chajja etc. and disposal of the same to a distance n.exc 100 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for racking out joints in brick tiles laid flat in roof etc and including flush pointing in CM (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish. complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : Necessary Forwork and reiforcement required at the site will be supplied and fixed by the contractor and the cost of these are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding the reinforcement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account)
