Constructing of 1 No. RCC OHSR of 25KL Capacity having staging Height 15.50 mtr. & FSL 17.20 mtr from formation level complete with external RCC Stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single manhole cover lightning conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No.3 providing and fixing CI/ DI K9 D/F expansion Joints, bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing Duck foot bends, Conforming IS-9523 with latest amendments) and D1 19 D/F sluice Valve duty ISI marked (IS 14846-2000 Or latest on each with inlet outlet and scour pipes. Including Providing and Installing inlet outlet scour pipe and overflow DI K-9 double flanged pressure pipes centrifugally cast as per IS 8329-2000 with latest amendment duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot Bond and further up to 2.75 mtr. As per detail specification TMT steel & painting of all complete shall he included in cost & P/F aluminum ladder inside/steel ladder outside tank of the OHSR including testing of soil bearing capacity tested from the reputated institute such as PEC Chandigarh / TTT Sector-26, Chandigarh GNEC/Ludhiana/Thapar Institute of Engineer and Technology Patiala Complete in all respect SBC shall be tested in the presence of Engineer or his representative as per specifications. (The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of Soil is not less than 8.75 tons per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. The contractor shall summit his own design keeping in view seismic Zone-IV for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard, drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Premium including overflow houdi, including providing and fixing water Level indicating system and construction of plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall with including foundation depth, earthing cc 1:8:16 with 40mm stone aggregate and conglomerate floor 40mm with CC 1:24 as per DWCC specification. Providing & applying, integral crystalling slurry of hydrophilic in nature for water proofing management for vertical and horizontal surface and swellable type water stop tape.

Providing, laying, fixing and jointing of PVC pipe Type-A as per ISI 4985-2021 (ISI Marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge) along the trenches and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specifications. 110 mm o/d 10 kg/ cm2

WATER SUPPLY

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing , testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge).

Construction of masonary Sluice Valve Chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department.
