M&L for submain wiring in steel conduit alongwith earth wire connection tapping from the line / connecting up from the junction box to the fitting with the two run of PVC insulated copper conductor, single core 1.5 sqmm FRLS cable for phase and neutral and one run of 1.5 sq mm FRLS cable of green colour for earthing connected to earth dolly all as specified and directed. Note :- Three run of cable copper conductor 1.5 sqmm and steel conduit (20mm dia) shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply, install and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set comprising of four stroke vertical cylinder water cooling , directly coupled with AC Alternator self excited, self regulated and screen procted dust and vermin proof with static excitation system capable of rated 125 KVA / 100 KW , 415 Volts, 3 phase , 4 wire , 50 HZ fixed on common structural steel frame on anti vibration mounting pad including fuel tank with lines, 24 volts battery with cold starting starting arrangement etc. housed in and including sound proof accoustic enclousure canopy of suitable size as per manufacture design including control panel and necessary engine conforming to IS - 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS - 13364 including control panel and necessary PCC foundation , excavation, returning filling and removing surplus soil complete all as specified and comparing of the following :- (a) The Engine shall be capable to stand de-rating factor at Tawang for 125 KVA rated output of alternator. (b) Fuel tank with level indicator having storage capacity is not less than 8 Hours continious running (c) Silencer and exhaust pipe lagging with temperature and low Lub oil pressure (d) Engine safety protection for high temerature and low Lub oil pressure (e) Gauge and meters such as Lub oil pressure gauge , water temerature gauge, RPM Meter, Hours meter etc Note:- (i) The DG set should be capable to run at Tawang climatic condition. (ii) Any addn and alteration required for smooth functioning of DG set at Tawang is deemed to the quoted rate. (iii) DG Set should be continuous running capable of taking 10% over load for one hours in any 12 hrs operation complete taking into consideration of local environmental condition i.e, altitude/temperature. (iv) 12 Hrs testing is cumpulsory after installation of DG Set. (v) Cost of Load & DHPP is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) Make : Kirloskar / Cumins / Greaves.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground end vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia MS round bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part –I (2009).
