Design, fabrication, supply , errection, testing and commissioning of 16 meter high mast post of steel in two sections suitable for 55 m/sec wind speed as per IS:875(Part-II) totally hot dipped galvanized as per S-355 grade as per BS-EN 10025 with elevating/lowering platform type of thickness 4 mm at bottom & 3mm at top of high mast pole and diameter at top not less than 150 mm and bottom not less than 360 mm & 20 side polygon standard for galvanisation as per BS EN ISO 1461 including opening at door at base of size with 1050 x 225 mm base plate of not less than 560 mm & thickness 25 mm suitable for mounting 8 Nos floodlight x luminaries in symmetrical arrangement including 450 mm dia luminaire carriage made of 40 NB ERW class B MS pipe welded in 2 sections and electrically operated raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, two continuous 5mm dia steel wire rope made of AISI 304, 7/19 of breaking capacity 1450 Kg , trailing cable of size 3 core 2.5 sqmm , connector, integral power tool motor of capacity not less than 0.75 HP single speed one number, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial, lantern carriage, top pulley arrangement complete including design and construction of shallow foundation with RCC (M-25) grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T per Sqm at 2Mtr depth with all material and labour, foundation bolt manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plate and common template. ,power cables from panel to top of High Mast, mounting clamps and bolts, including errection and commissioning including earthing as per BIS and modern engineering practices including providing and fixing of lightening arrestor and LED type single dome aviation obstruction light complete all as specified . S&F Energy Efficient LED 60W Street light luminaire with toughened glass including all necessary arrangement for fixing on pole including connection & testing complete made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing conforming to IP 66, 50 Hz slim design eco friendly. The driver used shall be specially designed to have built-in-surge voltage, open/short circuit protections. Built-in-surge protection upto 4 KV and external surge protection upto 10 KV provided for additional safety. Side entry mounted for 40 mm and above OD pipe bracket. The LEDs used in street light shall have CCT of ≥5700 K with CRI of > 70. The LED street light shall be integral type . The input voltage range shall be 140V to 270V.The LED driver shall be of potted type with separate driver and optical compartment and having separate opening conforming to latest BIS with constant current constant voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED shall be tested with LM80-08 standard.The LED street light shall have luminous of >110 lm/watt and power factor more than 0.9 with THD less than 10% complete including dismantling and taking down of exisiting unserviceable lights of any type & any wattage complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, factory made LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 400 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size. The scope of work includes the following:- Incoming :- (i) MCCBs TPN, 415 Volts grade, 63 Amps rating and 16 KA rupturing capacity : 01 No for incoming. (ii) Indicating lamps : ­­ 01 set of three. (iii) Digital Timer switch with suitable size MCB & Contactor for automatic ON/OFF switching - 01 No. (iv) Luminaire carriage raising/lowering Push Button . Note : - The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of Excavation, PCC Foundation , plastering etc. for errecting the Panel complete.

S&F Mounting arms bracket suitable for fixing LED light on pole made from 40mm GI pipe light grade of total length 1.5 mts (to be fabricated as per approved design), to be supplied alongwith mounting clamps-02 Nos, fabricated from (65mm x 5mm) MS providing 04 Nos nut bolts washer, including dismantling and taking down unserviceable bracket of any type with clamps, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing hot press moulded junction box of size 400mmx300mmx190mm hinged type including 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity with fixing arrangement like suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. and including SP MCB 6 Amps clamped with pole and taking out unserviceable junction boxes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F including connecting testing complete with multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed three core 1.5 Sqmm, 1100V grade FRLS cable complete including taking down old unserviceable wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, connecting & testing XLPE under ground insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip wire armoured electric power cables heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 4 core 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 9 above but for 25 sqmm 4 core. Note for Ser Item No - 9 & 10 :- Excavation, sand cushioning, cable cover & returning and refilling will be measured and paid separately under respective items of the schedule. Note:- (i) The rate quoted are inclusive of connecting both ends of the cable in LT panel/ pole with suitable size aluminium lugs and glands including meggering & testing complete. (ii) Contractor responsibility is to liaise with the deptt. concerned for LT supply shut down required to carry out the work & also ensure the safety of labour employed by giving them safety equipments like helmet, gloves, safety belt, discharge rod etc. and nothing extra payment shall be permisssible on this account.

Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground preferably in vertical position (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25 x 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including PCC pit 1:2:4 type B-1 pre cast RCC cover slab of size 550x550x75mm with suitable built in handle made from 12mm dia MS round bar, excavation and earth work in any type of soil 20 mm dia bore medium grade galvanised iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh at one end and 40 mm bore light grade galvanised iron protection pipe for earth strip upto 7.5m length, charcoal, common salt complete all as shown in electric plate No 5 of SSR 2009 Part I connected to equipment complete all as specified and testing on completion. PCC earth pit and RCC cover charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as directed at site.

M & L for GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall buried in gound fixed alongwith poles with fixing accessories like nuts bolts washers etc wherever required complete all as specified.

Supply and laying GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore dia as cable protection fixed on walls/poles by using suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts etc. or laid in trenches complete including dismantling corroded GI pipe all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old ACSR conductor of any type/size from any type of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for refixing serviceable ACSR conductor retrieved against Srl item No. 14 here-in-above complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old serviceable insulator of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for refixing serviceable insulator of any type any size retrieved against Srl item No. 16 here-in-above complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing of automatic street light astronomical time switch 32 Amps for automatic switching of street light.The time switch along with suitable power contactor , MCB and support terminal should be enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof as per manufacturer's recommendation , IP 66 conforming to IEC including contactor and incoming- outgoing MCBs rating of suitable capacity including necessary connection by providing 10 sqmm single core standard copper conductor PVC FRLS cable insulated including taking down old unservicebale time switch complete all as specified and as directed. Make : - Indoasian and Cat Part No TL032ASO or equivalent from the list of makes given in Particular Specifications.

S&F steel tubular pole 9 Mtr overall length 410 SP 31 with MS base plate welded to bottom of the pole including three coats of bituminous paint on pole surfaces / portion embedded in the concrete & applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer on external exposed surfaces of pole including dismantling old concrete poles/struts of any size and making good to the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Excavation & earth work, sand PCC in Foundation & coping shall be measured & paid separately. Dismantling & refixing of existing electric supply system like dismantling & refixing of cross arms, channels, insulators, aluminium conductors including suitable size new clamps for fixing of above item on new pole shall be the responsibility of the contractor & also to liaise with the deptt. concerned for LT supply shut down required to carry out the work & also ensure the safety of labour employed by giving them safety equipments like helmet, gloves, safety belt, discharge rod etc. and nothing extra payment shall be permisssible on this account.

S & F Rigid non metallic PVC conduit of dia 20 mm on pole/ wall exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles,pipe hooks etc. suitable for fixing on any type any size of pole including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying underground cables, poles and stays not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 21 above but not exceeding 3 mtr in depth.

Returning, filling in, including speading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand will be measured.

M & L for Brick protection for LT cable with sub class B bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm with width equal to length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No.1 using 20 mm dia stay rod (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete including dismantling unserviceable one etc.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs. 2,03,855.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
