Daily comprehensive maintenance of external and internal electrical distribution network in the AFLS and runway lights alongwith minor excavation, returning & filling work, jointing of cable, insulating/taping etc for 08 Hrs (Day working time i.e. 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) complete all as specified and directecd by Engineer-in-Charge. Required T&P including safety belts, insulated pliers, spanners, screws drivers, insulated cutter, hand gloves, bolts,ladder and any others T&P requred at site to repair/maintenance the system shall be arrangement of cotractor and rates shall be deemed included in quoted for 08 (Eight) Hrs repair/maintenance works. Notes:- (a) T&P required for electrical services in runway i.e wooden bamboo, ladder, safety belts, shock proof shoes, rubber gloves or any other safety measures and safety tools etc shall be arranged by the contractor without extra cost to Govt. Contractor shall be solely responsible for any mishap, accident, and loss to life of the workmen engaged in the work. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (b) Any minor fault which does not required major stores upto Rs 100 (Rupess Hundred only) shall be rectified by the contractor. (c) Contractor supervisor will noted the complaint in the complaint book and will be recorded in Register, same will be put up to the Engineer-in-Charge through JE E/M. (d) Lt cable/Joint kit or others related store shall be measured and paid separately

Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50 mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed. Note 1- following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. (h) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (j) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. Note 2 - On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles with the help of insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc and provision of brass/copper nuts, bolts washers etc wherever required and making joints as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable.

M&L for spraying the chemical (Roundup) in sub station in the ration 1: 3 for buring the grass/removing the grass every three month as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rubber matting chequered suitable upto 11 KV rating as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) of size 2Mx1Mx2.5mm thick all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 250 watt LED flood light, 5700 K, input voltage 240 volt, F=50 Hz, luminaire engergy saving, environmental friendly long life with high power led as light source suitable for highlighting architectural feature or area lighting also suitable to rough services /installation incl taking down old one etc complete as specified and directed Make- Wipro cat part No LF20-342-060-57-XX or equivalent approved by GE
