Two Component low densities Liquid Polyurethane (PU) Foam: After mixing both components in equal /manufacturers ratio by weight, material to start self reaction of foaming and within few minutes it should set hard & solid as rigid closed cell foam. The material should not absorb water. Also the foam should be of Fire retardant type. Flash point of the foam should be around 120 Deg C. The complete foaming up to skin formation to be completed within 130 Seconds. The buoyancy foam should not have any effect of oils & Fuels. There should not be any corrosive reaction on metals due to Foam. Material should remain stable & inert after forming foam. Shelf life of material should not be less than six months. Density of Foam should be in the range of 30-40
