Periodical inspection twice a month including attending all break down complaints, in case of any Emergency and stand by attendance duty in VIP visits days in calander month for Passenger lift of catering G+2 floors, 12 passangers capacity - 01 No. located in admin block of HEMRL Lab as per requirements including following complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Replacements of oil and minor spares like nuts, bolts, control wires and thimbles as required for smooth functioning of lift, (b) Setting / Maintaining control panels, VVF drives and other programmable drives and arrange OEM / Consultant for guidance / repair if necessary, (c) Maintaining emergency lights, ventilating fan, intercom system, alarm system along with all components of lifts for smooth functioning of the lift, (d) Oiling, Greasing, servicing of lift Doors, wire ropes etc., (e) Maintaining Record of Testing and serviceability checking of each lift by Authorized lift Technician / Lift Inspector in presence of MES and User's representative in duplicate and submision report to Engineer-in- Charge, (f) The qouted rate also includes yearly once serviceability test certificate for each lift by authorized person / Lift Inspector to be produced in duplicate to Engineer-in-Charge,

All as per item No.1 here in before but for passenger Lift of catering G+3 floors, 08 passangers capacity, located in admin block of ARDE CSD canteen side - 01 No. complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NOs 1 to 6 a) Maint of lifts required to be done in every month, cleaning, greasing, oiling wherever required, checking of all electrical connections in addition standard maintenance as recommended by manufacturer, quarterly, half years & yearly. The rate quoted by the contractor including cost of grease, cotton waste, lugs, nut bolts, washers & misc items as directed. b) Major defects such as hoist motor, rewinding of thruster motors, replacement of bearings, shaft and gear assembly does not includes in quoted rates. c) Supply only spare required for replacement under comprehensive maintenance & repair and oil, lubricants will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here-in-after. d) The worker employed by the contractor will report to the concerned AGE E/M /JE E/M twice in month and in emergency breakdown conditions for assignment of job and submit completion/serviceability report on the same day to Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for disconnecting and removing drive gear assembly from installed position including loading / unloading and transporting to nearest workshop and refixing, connecting, commissioning and testing in position after carring out service and necessary repairs for its smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Supply only side ball bearing as per existing size and make as per number specified by OEM all as specified and directed. Make SKF or equivalent as per exusting as approved by GE.

Supply only worn out gear for gear box / gear assembly as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only both side oil seals including required gear oil of approved make and grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in repairs lift controller AC variable voltage and vaiable frequency (VVVF) drive 12 HP / 9 KW as per existing specifications with starting current 1.2 to 1.5 times of full load power saving and acceptable voltage fluction 10 to 20%, the controller mounted in totally enclosed cubical type with hinged doors on the front as per IS-5133-1969 (Part 1) including protection against the following abnormalities and cut off the power supply, apply the brake and bring the car to a rest in the event of any of the abnormalities occurring and connected accessories to synchronies the system complete all as specified and as directed:- a) Over current b) Under voltage c) Overvoltage d) Single phasing e) Phase reversal f) Earth leakage Make : Yaskawa suitable for OTIS / ESCON or As per existing as approved by GE

Supply and fixing in repairs trailing cables for lifts EPR insulated stranded copper conductor flexible cables conforming to IS 9968 control cabling with multi core stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 8130, size of the cable 12 core 0.50 sqmm. including necessary pieces of GI /PVC sleeves where cables pass through walls or floor slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Battery opeated Alarm bells Concealed 80 mm diametre installed in the main security area and emergency lihgt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs fireman switch with glass front for access by the Firemen complete all as specified and directed. The operation of this switch shall cancel all calls to this lift and shall stop at the next nearest landing if traveling upwards. The doors shall not open at this landing and the lift shall return to the ground floor. In case the lift is traveling downwards when the fireman's switch is operated it shall go straight to the ground floor bypassing all calls enroute. The emergency stop button inside the car shall be rendered inoperative.The fireman’s switch shall be located adjacent to the lift opening at the terminal floor and shall be at a height of approximately 2 metre above the floor level. For easy identification of firemens lift which confirm to the local authorities requirements, a red and white diagonal striped backing shall be provided behind the glass of the firemen’s switch complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs Operation Panel full length car operating panel incorporating / providing following control / indications on the return panel complete all as specified and directed :- Make :Suitable for OTIS / ESCON or As per existing at site. a) Gerin 16 segment Illuminated touch push buttons of micro pressure type corresponding to the floors served at Ground floor and inside the car. For Other floors, LED Illuminated touch push buttons of micro pressure type to be provided, b) Door open and door close button, c) Emergency stop button with Alarm, d) Two position key operated switch for 'with attendant' and 'without attendant' operation, e) Ventilation fan ON/OFF switch with auto OFF when there is no call after 120 seconds (Two Speed & concealed vents), f) Built in intercom of the hands free type as well as space for providing EPABX telephone instrument and 5 pair telephone trailing cable to communicate from car toTwo Locations i.e. Operator’s Room (at remote location) & Security Guard Room and vice-versa, g) Dynamic car direction display, h) Car position indicator (digital), j) Audio/Visual overload warning indicator.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable car cabin of 12 passangers lift installed in main office G+2 at HEMRL and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 12 passengers lift car cabin made out of 18 SWG stainless steel, decorative/ elegant design , car platform with 5 mm thick aluminium chequered plate, lift car shall be equipped with car cabin door as per the existing design decorative installed in director office HEMRL confirming to requirements as per IS 14665 - 2000 suitable for G + 2 including following connected accessories and fitments all as specified and as directed :- a) Car cabin made out of 18 SWG stainless steel decorative / elegant design , car platform with 5 mm thick aluminium chequered plate suitable for G+2 including COP, Make : Suitable for OTIS / ESCON or As per existing as approved by GE, b) Car operating panel with direction registering indicator, c) Dos / Donts stainless steel board, d) Lift up down direction light indicator,. e) Door open door close button, f) Car operated switch to operate the lift automatically with / without attendant, g) Emergency alarm button. Note :(i) Light and fan in the lift car will be oprated separatly from an independent circuit from the lift machine room, fan circuit will be provided with separate switch in the car operating panel.

Supply and fix in repairs cabin fan with grill and adequate sweep inbuilt with car cabin 220 volts 35 watts energy saver single phase 50 Hz with fan contrl switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED luminaire 18 watts decorative type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Auto landing door operator and SS door panels with display as per existing complete all as specified and directed (for 12/13 passangers lift).

Supply and fix in repairs door safety infrared sensor 140 beam as per existing complete all as specified and directed (for 12/13 passangers lift ).

Supply and fixing in repairs car doors extend to the full height and width of landing opening and operated with variable frequency door operator and in addition, all the car and landing doors shall meet the following general requirements :- a) Car door locking devices As per IS 7754-1975, b) Landing door locking devices As per IS 7754-1975, c) Projections and recesses, d) Door open” alarm, e) Emergency landing door unlocking devices and key. Note: The top track of the landing and car doors shall not obstruct the entrance to the lift cars. All car and landing doors shall have a fire resistance of not less than 1 hours.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning in repairs of Suitable Auto rescue device (ARD) System for 13 Passanger capacity existing lift including battary bank required for system complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Limit switch for passenger Lift any type as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Break liner for passenger Lift any type as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Door lock for passenger Lift any type as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs all call switches with landing pannel for passenger / Goods Lift G+3 any type as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.
