1.Purchaser reserves the right to place entire/bulk order on RDSO approved firms under RDSO Item ID: 3100354004. The approval status of the bidders will be reckoned as on the date of closing of the E-tender and not thereafter. However, in case of downgrading/removal/ suspension/banning after closing of E-tender, such changes shall be taken into account while considering the offers.

The firms which are not approved source shall attach the tender specific uthorization certificate from approved source for this tender, failing which their offer will be rejected.

No category of vendors other than "Development vendors" and "Approved vendors" is considered for any order as per RB letter No. 2021/RS(G)/779/7 dated: 09/05/2025. conditional approved vendors are not eligible for any order as per this RB stipulation. It is re-iterated that "Developmental Vendors" are only such vendors which are listed as developmental vendors on UVAM without any condition.

In case, tenderer quote for delivery of entire tendered quantity to one consignee against Railway's requirements of delivery to multiple consignees. such offer shall be considered valid only for quantity required as per tender schedule by the consignee to whom delivery is offered by the tenderer and it shall be considered that there is no offer for remaining consignees

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended].
