Positioning/ shifting and setting up piling plant and equipment with the help of gantry platform, tripods, winch, rig, bailers, chisels etc ( as per the methodology of work ) at each location for providing of 600 mm dia vertical MS liner for boring work and for concreting the piles including fabrication and erection of pile driving plant, staging with various steel plates , girders , angles , channels etc , including cost of steel items, welding charges, strutting and fixing in position at each location, cost of mobilization and demobilization of all equipments , transportation charges of all materials to work site , labour charges, minor tools, Labour cess , GST etc complete.

Providing, fabricating and delivering of 6 mm thick mild steel cylindrical liner with stiffeners of 6mm thick at bottom of piles and joints etc for 600mm dia, vertical cast-in-situ RCC pile including cost of steel plates, fabrication charges , transportation charges of MS plate, all materials to work site, all labour charges, hire charges of all machineries and other tools, cutting , rolling, welding, including cost of labour cess, GST etc complete.

Handling of MS Liner , transportation to the pile location, placing in position and driving the liner below the exsisting sea bed level to the required for 600 mm dia vertical cast-in-situ RCC pile ( up to refusel level or as directed) including cost of welding charges, cutting , aligning, hire charges of all machineries , equipments, all labour charges , consumable and minor tools , transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of labour cess, GST etc complete.

Boring / Drilling/ bailing out through all types ofsoil strata for 600mm dia vertical pile from the existing sea bed level to founding level ( Hard Strata ) including cost of winch, bailer, chisel, pol, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools and plants etc , complete (Note: The sample of bored materials at regular intervals shall be collected and produced for verification at no extra cost and in case of any dispute, the samples as collected shall be referred to an authorized/ registered laboratory by the Engineer-in-Charge and the decision of such authorized laboratory is final and binding on both parties, however the cost of testing shall be borne by the contractor )

Providing and laying design mix concrete of reinforced cement concrete M 40 grade using 20mm down graded stone chips from main land approved quarry , Mainland river sand confirming to Zone-III and 53 grade ordinary portland cement conforming to IS 455, adding required quantity of silica fume and approved plasticizer as per the design mix in cast -in situ for RCC piles by using termie with hopper arrangements, excluding cost of fabrication and fixing of reinforcement which will be paid separately, but including cost of cement, stone chips, main land river sand, silica fume, plasticizer, cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of stone chips and sand, curing, transportation charges of all materials to work site, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumable and all other equipments, cost of minor tools, labour cess, GST etc.complete. (only concrete quantity between founding level and specified pile cut off level will be measured and paid, for the concrete cast 0.6m (min) above specified pile cut off level including overflow concrete will not be payable). NOTE: The supply and fabrication of steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

Dressing/chipping of RCC pile head of 600mm dia including cutting of steel liners and trimming of extra concreted pile above the designed cut off level and exposing the reinforcement to received fresh concrete for beams bracings, pile caps etc., bending the reinforcement for new works, cost of all equipments, all labour charges, cost of minor tools, GST, labour cess etc.complete.

Providing and placing precast reinforced cement concrete of design mix of grade M40 using 20mm and down graded stone chips from mainland approved quarry, mainland river sand confirming to Zone-III and 53 grade ordinary Portland cement confirming to IS 455, approved plasticizer, silica fume as per the design mix for proportion of beams, slabs, pile caps etc as indicated in the drawing and as directed by the Nodal officer, including cost of cement, centering and shuttering with MS Plates, mixing, curing, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumable and all other equipments, cost of minor tools, labour cess, GST etc.complete. Note:- The supply of fabrication of steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing cast in situ Reinforced cement concrete design mix of grade M40 using 20 mm and downgraded stone chips from Mainland approved quarry, mainland river sand confirming to Zone-III and 53 Grade ordinary Portland cement confirming to IS 455, approved plasticizer, silica fume as per the design mix for cast in situ concrete items like beams, sl;abs, berthing wall etc as indicated in the drawing and as directed by the Nodal officer, including cost of cement, stone chips, sand, silica fume, plasticizer, cost of all labour charges, centering and shuttering with MS plates, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of stone chips and sand, curing , transportation charges of all materials to worksite, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments, cost of minor tools, labour cess, GST etc.complete. Note:- The supply and fabrication of steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing cement concrete of mix M20 (1:1.5:3) using 20mm graded and down size stone chips from mainland quarry and mainland river sand confirming to Zone-III, 53 grade ordinary portland cement confirming to IS 455 for wearing coat as indicated in the drawing by EIC, including cost of cement, stone chips, mainland river sand, all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of stone chips and sand, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, hire charges and running charges of batching plant, vibrator and all other equipments, cost of minor tools, labour cess, GST etc.complete.

Supply, deliver and transportation of steel of grade Fe 500D HCR confirming to IS 1786 of required sizes for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement cages in piles as directed by Engineer-in-charge for cast in situ piles, including cost of steel, fabrication, fixing dowels, shear ties, lifting hook, development lengths, cutting,bending, tying, lapping and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of binding wire, all T & P required for the work , labour cess, GST etc.complete. (The payment of steel for overlaps, development lengths, etc. for piles will be measured and paid for).

Supply, deliver and transportation of steel of grade Fe 500D HCR confirming to IS 1786 of required sizes for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement in superstructure work as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including cost of steel, fabrication & fixing of steel rods, all handling charges, cutting, bending, tying, lapping and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, cost of binding wire, all T&P required for the work, labour cess, GST etc.complete.

Fabrication, supply, and fixing of 10 Ton capacity. CI Twin type bollard with required number of G.I bolts, nuts & washer as per IS 3381 of 1965 cast iron grade 25 as per IS 2010 and as per specification with test certificate (Date of manufacture & name of firm to be embedded), Tolerance :+/-5% including cost of all materials, cost of making pattern and core boxes, cost of bituminous paint, power, cutting, grinding and making the shape of the bollard, fixing the bollards in position on the proposed wharf structure, fixing the anchor bolts with template arrangements at the required locations as desired level and alignment as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, cost of transportation charges of bollards and bolts to worksite, welding charges, all labour charges, minor tools, labour cess, GST etc.complete.

Supply and fixing of truck tyre fender and making holes, cutting bending and fixing of MS plate, GI nipples and flanges, washer, wire rope, wire grip, cardium compound and accessories in position as directed by the EIC, including cost of truck tyre fender, MS plate, GI nipples, flanges, washer, wire rope, cardium compound and accessories, cost of transportation charges of all materials to worksite, scaffolding charges, all albour charges, cost of minor tools, labour cess, GST etc.complete.

Painting exposed area of pile surface using approved quality of epoxy resin two coats including cost of brush, epoxy paint, scaffolding charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges, cost of minor tools, labour cess, GST etc.complete.

Supply of Engine dinghy/Motor Launch for receiving the inspection for construction work and survey in and around the proposed location of jetty construction as per the direction of EIC, including cost of POL, operator, minor tools, labour charges, etc. complete.
