Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat with bitumen emulsion, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet using catonic bitumen emulsion and seal coat type B with bitumen emulsion as per MoRTH specification Clause 3004.2

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base(WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tackcoat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1 )using emulsion distributorattherateof0.25to0.30kgpersqmonthepreparedgranularsurfacestreatedwithprimer&cleanedwithHydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.
