Supply & errection of floor power factor shunt capacitor conforming to BIS: 2834-1986 latest with upto date amendments GEC/Siemen/Havells L&T make to raise the prevailing power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to induction motor individually of required KVAR according to BHP of motor offered including Standard/L&T/Kilburn/ Indo asian mak ICTP switches conforming to BIS-4064-1978 or latest with HRC fuses (range to be specified by the tendrerer)
Supply of standard make 100mm dia circular dial pressure gauge of suitable range of Feibeg/Bourden/Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock, copper tubing etc, conforming to BIS: 3624-1987 latest with upto date amendments.
Fixing double flanged GMS (M) piping work (layout to be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge). for suction and delivery pipes suiabe to pump offered and common header as per the rising ma respectively completewith specials such as bends, tees, reducers/ increasers with companion flanges atching with the relevant specifications of the as indicated in drawingincluding rubber/ asbestos gasket of 3 mm thickness as per IS: 2712-1972 and required number of Nuts and bolts as per 1364-1983. The pipe material shall confirm to relevant BIS code and to withstanding 1.50 times of total Head.
Suction pipe. 100 mm dia GMS(M) 4.80 mm thick
Delivery pipe 80 mm dia GMS (M) pipe.
Common header pipe 100mm dia. GMS(M) pipe.
Providing and fixing double loop earthing with GI plate of 600x600x6.30 mm thick electrode complete with material such as thimble, nuts and bolts, charcoal, salt 25x5 mm strip as per IS ; 3043-1987 with upto date amendments for motors and other electrical equipments and digging of pits etc. complete in all respect as per the dirction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
