Disconnecting, taking down automatic, servo controlled, indoor type, automatic voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 500 kVA, three phase, copper wound, oil cooled type, designed for input voltage of 340 V to 480 V and output voltage of 415 V ± 1% (Phase to phase), 240±1% (Phase to neutral), transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of stabilizer, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired stabilizer for all the routine tests Note: - (a) Oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of coil shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The spare parts excluding nuts, bolts, washer, gasket, etc., shall be measured and paid for separately. (e) The said stabilizer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (f) Testing of voltage stabilizer after repair shall be carried out as specified and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (g) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded.

Disconnecting, taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity upto and including 200 kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments including providing alternate transformer having same capacity during the period complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. Taking out old unserviceable burn out core lamination from transformer and S & F new core lamination made of cold rolled grain oriented (CRGO) steel or amorphous steel as per the existing grade, type etc. conforming to Indian standards complete all as specified and as directed.
Disconnecting from the existing connections, opening of distribution transformer of capacity upto and including 1500 kVA, 11 kV /0.433 volts, outdoor type of any make after unscrewing nuts & bolts, screws and connected, dismantling carefully connected accessories and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, temp gauge, breather, neutral earth strips and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers (to be arranged by contractor) etc. for replacement of defective parts such as replacement of leaking gaskets, replacement of worn out/burnt out studs, checking and cleaning of contacts of tap changer and reassembling the transformer after replacing the defective parts, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) The transformer shall be repaired on the site. (b) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule and paid separately. (c) The spare parts excluding nuts, bolts, washer, gasket etc. shall be measured and paid for separately. (d) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 and testing as specified and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling, hand punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.
Laying only bricks or cable protection cover any size for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992 for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1, flat shape, dimension 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point
M & L for cleaning, upkeeping and maintaining of MES installations / campus/ outside the periphery of transformer platform/ two poles structure/ four pole structures by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep (including removing vegetation / shrubs / brush wood / under-growth) including carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exceeding 50 m away complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The contractor shall clean, upkeep and maintain the premises during the contract period and the payment shall be made only once for entire contract period. The measurement shall be in sqm.
Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
Supplying & laying including taking down in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.
