Dismantling old unserviceable poles and Supply and erection in vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) all as specified duly factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externaly for embeded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on remaining exposed surfaces after errection complete, painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where required all as specified and directed .Note : PCC in foundation, coping, Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal) will be measured and paid separately under relative items of Sch 'A'.

Material and Labour for Galvanised iron round bracket made out of 40mm dia GI tubing including making provision for fixing of 04/06 no flood light on 11 mtr steel tubular pole ad fixing and connecting up of LED lights (LED lights shall be measured seperately under respective items of sch ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: The inner diameter of ring shall not be less than 1.0 meter

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles and stay including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of ACSR conductor of any size of over head lines LT/HT on poles including binding with insulators, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: ACSR conductor Required for winding etc to be included in quoted rates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heat shrinkable straight through joint for LT UG cable including jointing kits complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 3.5 core 150 to185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, trimming of hanging/ extended braches of trees upto a distance 3 meter from the overhead HT/LT line and making the line clear upto the entire length of the feeder including removal and disposal of the cut tree branches 50 meters away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Rates shall inclusive of T&P, hydraulic ladder, equipment such as motorised diesel operated hacksaw etc complete. One span comprises of 3 to 5 conductors of any distance between one pole to adjacent pole including trimming of all tree branches in vicinty & around poles /conductor & will be measured as one span. Necessary prior permission shall be obtained from concerned I/C JE E/M before carrying out the work. All safety measures & insurance to the staff undertaking the Job shall be the Contractor's responsibility complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective street light fitting of any size/ type/ capacity from height of pole/walls/high mast of any location exceeding 7.0 m height for repair work and re-fixing back after repair work including checking, inspecting, testing and commmissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:a) The M/L for Items like ballast, lamp, igniters, capacitors, electronic drivers,surge protection devices etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in under this Schedule. b) Necessary tools like ladders & other T&P required etc shall be arranged by the Contractor. c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor parts nut bolts, circle clips, clamps etc if any required at site.d) The M/L for repairs to LED panel is not included in the scope and shall be measured and paid separately. (e) The Contractor shall depute manpower for attending/rectifying the defects/complaints on daily basis for each area/complex separately. Recovery for non rectification of complaints within 2 days time period after receiving complaints shall be at the rate of Rs 500/- per each complaint.

S & F in repair 3 pole power contactor with coil voltage 230 Volt or 415 V AC of current carring capacity 32 to 40 Amps complete including control wiring thimbles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L replacement of ACSR conductor of any size as ordered by Engr-in-charge including tightening and binding with new binding wires to insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, size complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for stringing of HT/LT Over head line ( ACSR) of any size of overhead line complete including binding with ACSR conductor near pitted conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Note : PCC will be measured and paid separately.

i) Aluminium Bus bar 400 A- mounted on porcelain insulator - 01 Set ( Set of 4 Nos) with PVC sleeve insulation complete all as specified and directed.

vii) Digital Amp meter of size 96x96mm rating 0-100 Amp with CT's & slection switch - 01 Nos complete all as specified and directed.
