Construction of Sewerage treatment plant of 0.45MLD Capacity based on MBBR Techonology and tertiary treatment of natural treatment system add MMfF, including evolving of hydrulic & structural design and drawing, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD-350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated/disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board ie. PH=6.5-9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Fecal Coliform (MPN/100 ml) <100, N-Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH 4 -Ns 5 mg/litre. The scope of work including C/O inlet chamber, Screening channel with cleaning arrangement, Grit channels and distribution box, Anoxic Reactor of required volume Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor retrievable hydrulic diffuser, Tube Settler of required capacity , constructed wet land, sludge drying beds, multimedia filter, chlorine contact tank with required arrangement, Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effluent Pipe, Providing and fixing Fencing Panel around the S.T.P Yard, Providing and fixing Steel Gate, Construction of Interconnecting Path, Construction of Railing Construction of Plant Building plinth area 80.80sqm i/c chowkidar room and pump house 36 sqm,, Electro - Mechanical Equipment, 1 Nos. of DG Set of 63, Plant building including establishing NABL certified laboratory as per CPHEEO manual of Sewerage and Sewage treatment, & installation of all mechanical & electrical equipment's as per chapter No. VI. Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP, Remote Monitoring (Automation) of the STP with SCADA system complete in all respect. It also includes site development for all civil structures complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. After successfully commissioning of STP Operation, maintenance of STP shall be carried out free of cost by contractor for 90 days to achieve above mentioned effluent standards. Excavation in foundation and trenches etc in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Earth Work with dewatering

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtrs in Pick, jumper work as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soils and banking in 20Cm layers including breaking clods ramming and dressing ground for the purpose of making embankment of filling up ground depression upto all leads and lift complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1Cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts

Providing Wire crates made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Boulder filling to be measured and paid for seperately) with G.I. wire 5.00mm thick corresponding to (SWG-6) of 15cmx15cm mesh in apron and sloping pitching including carriage of meterials within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge ( the wire crate to be made of GI wire ( 5.00mm thick) R & bwooron and double noted twisted)
