Sweeping & cleaning the passage, corridors, stilted areas, staircase including front and near canopies, landings, lift cars, top staircase landings, approach roads including foot path way etc. daily and surroundings of buildings, area around the buildings (Tennis court of zerlina building) from edge of the building up to compound wall of the buildings including cost of necessary hard/ soft brooms, charges for collection of garbage and other waste materials lying around the buildings and transporting to the garbage collection rooms etc. including cost of labours, baskets brooms & tools required for carrying out the work including wet cleaning of common toilets/urinals etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Frequency of cleaning shall be once in a day-6 days in a week Notes : 1. For collection dry and wet wastage ( 2 Nos /Year) dust bin shall be provided by contractors at each locations.

h) Anand Vatica Walkway/Foothpath etc. ( Approx area 1000.00 Sqm)

Cleaning, removing cobs & Wet mopping the passages, corridors, stilted areas, staircase landings, parapets, railing, staircase (main staircase + servant's staircase), staff toilet, common toilets at ground floor, near staff quarters & at Tennis Court with flavoured phenyled water including removing the stains etc. on floors, staircase including cost of labours, phenyled and other material such as tools, moppers with wooden handles, mopping dusters etc. complete all as directed by the EIC.

Collection of garbage daily from individual flats on different floors of buildings, segregating then into dry & wet garbage inclusive of cost of basket & bags for collection of wet & dry garbage labour required for transportation of garbage to garbage collection room etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Garbage is to be collected from all the flats once in a day in morning hours and 6 Days in a week.) NOTE - 1.Segragation shall be carried out in neat & clean way at places directed by Engineer - in - charge. This place also has to be cleaned properly every day. 2. For collecting dry and wet garbage ( 2 Nos /Year) dust bin shall be provided by contractors at each locations.

Maintaining inside and surrounding of Exhibition room of approximate 1000 Sq feet area (near Kenilworth building) in hygienically cleaned condition by sweeping and doing wet mopping including removing cob webs etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-charge

Cleaning inside Vacant room at the time of occupation approximate 2400 Sq. feet area (near Zerlina & Purnima building) in hygienically cleaned condition by sweeping and doing wet mopping including removing cob webs etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-charge

Supplying of 240 L plastic HOMEGENIC Nilkamal Waste bin with wheel or equivalent make approved colour and size at different location under LGR Maintenance unit as directed by Engineer In-charge.
