Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of AF station where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegitation upto and including roots complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Water proofing admixutre shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only" under elevant item of this BOQ.

Rendering 15 mm thick as in concrete surfaces of sunken floors, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) in cement mortar (1:3), mixed with integral water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for cleaning top surface of roof tarracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets and usr to neat slurry complete removing debris and rubbish from site including material and lbour for laying of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kgs/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gsm/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified laid over a coat of bituminous primer @0.3 ltr/sqm and finished with applying bitumen grade 85/25 coat @1.2 Kg/sqm. APP membrane shall be laid by torching with 75mm overlap in longitudnal direction and applying one coat of aluminium as directed. Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitreous china water closet, 'Orissa' pattern, including lime concrete bedding, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe but including connection to trap, anti syphonage pipe etc. complete fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. APP membrane shall be laid by torching with 75mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150mm overlap in transverse direction all as directed and finally finished with a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 100 grams/Sqm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and laid as per particular specification of CA.
