Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning vertical turbine pump set, Francis impleller type, electric motor with vertical solid shaft motor driven, self - water lubricate, discharge capacity of 63 litres per second at total head of 107.5 metres, 135 HP/100KW capacity, 1450 RPM pump speed, 6 stages, impeller made of bronze, other parts made of materials as specified in IS 1710:2021 , of suitable length of draw water from 10 metre depth, guarantee of the pumps with class C ratings as per clause 4.1 and 9.4 of IS 9173:2019 flexible couplings includings fan cool (TEFC) induction motor 415V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz ,1450 RPM including making electric connection with suitable size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses clas PVC conduit as per IS 9357 (Part III): 1983 of suitable nominal size with panel board, star delta starter complete all as specified and as directed including the following provisions.

Note (i). Contractor shall submit the technical specification , pump performance curve chart, construction data sheet, cross sectional drawing, tentative general arrangement drawing etc of pump and motor from manufacturer to suit the requirement and will take prior approval of GE before procurement (ii). Rating of Induction motor should be as per recommended by manufacturer to drive the pump but in any condition not less than 150 HP (iii) Site of the pump installation shall be got inspected by the contractor prior to installation of pump. (iv) Construction shall be rigid to ensure vibration free operation of pump (v). Suitable foundation of concrete or steel frame shall be constructed as recommended by the manufacturer (vi) Suitable single core copper multi standed conductor cable from starter to pump with HDFE pipe 40 mm dia cable protection and connecting complete. (vii). Any other material required for the smooth operation of pump/commissioning complete .
