A partnership firm / Company / Association of Person (AOP) / Individual who are competent to enter into a contract under Indian Contract Act. a)Individual / Proprietor : Please enclosed relevant documents. b)Partnership Firm : Registered under the Partnership Act., 1932. Please enclose details of partners along with certificate of registration, details of their business and partnership deed etc. duly attested by Notary). c) Joint Venture / Consortium : A copy of Joint Venture / Consortium deed should be enclosed. The working joint venture agreement must be more than one year old from the date of notification of this tender. A joint venture agreement less than one year old shall be summarily rejected (for more details read Eligibility Criteria para '1.c' of tender document). d)Company : competent to enter into contract under the Indian Contract Act 1972. Bank Solvency Certificate: Applicant has to submit their financial standing in terms of the Bank solvency Certificate not older than the immediate previous three months from the date of notification of the tender issued from Nationalized/schedule Bank of Rs. 50.00 Lakhs.

Details of experience in the same field for minimum of three years is required. i.e. (1) washing, cleaning, ironing, packing, supply & distribution of bed roll set in trains and (2) on board housekeeping in trains along with proof thereof. Proof to be enclosed

The bidder should submit Audited Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet for previous three years i.e. Financial year 2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2 0 2 4 - 2 5 . Average annual turnover of the Bidder should be of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs only) in the last three financial years i.e. 2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2024-25 (proof to be enclosed) and the same should be certified by Chartered Accountant.

The bidder has to submit Income Tax returns for last three assessment years i.e. for 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.

The licensee should have automatic and mechanized laundry set up either by own arrangement or on lease basis (proof to be enclosed)

Banker's Name & Address along with IFSC code (attach proof like cancelled cheque/bank statement).

Valid GSTIN Registration Certificate to be enclosed.

PAN number (PAN Card copy to be enclosed).

Any Other information/Documents which may help KRCL : In assessing Tender's Capabilities for award of contract. In case not applicable, single page stating that the above is not applicable duly signed by tenderer to be uploaded.
