Supply of 12.5 Mtr highmast tower in telescopic polygonal shape made of Hot Rolled Steel Sheets confirm to IS standard. 12.5 Mtr Height consist of two sections from top to bottom suitable for 47-50 m/sec wind speed . Both the Sections jointed via stress-fit method & overlapping of 1.5 times of intersection dia. The head frame assembly is specially design with latching technology in which the luminaire carriage engages a mechanical latch at the mast head upon hoisting, transferring tensile load from the wire ropes to the mast structure, thereby offloading the ropes in rest position. Luminaries carriage should be designed to install upto 6-8 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement. Highmast should have raising lowering system integral power tool motor, SS wire ropes, trailing cable, connectors, junction box. Hot dip galvanized lightening final of 1.2 Mtr Long must be mounted at top of head-frame (not on lanten carriage), Foundation bolts along with nuts, washers, anchor plate etc. and common template used for making civil foundation. Highmast & its Luminaire & Aviation Light should be of same make to avoid any Structural compatibility, Service & maintenance issues in future .Wind Tunnel Test Report/Type Test Report of Winch, SS Wire rope, Motor etc. must be submitted before approval . Construction of RCC foundation for 12.5 mtr High Mast Pole including earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil, filling of excavated earth in trenches/plinth, providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 with 40 mm aggregate, centering and shuttering for foundation surfaces, supplying and fixing Fe-500D reinforcement steel, and providing and laying RCC M-20 grade with 20 mm aggregate, complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply ,installation,testing and commissioning of 6 mtr Decorative Heritage Pole with Single arm suspended victorian design,summetric optics 70W,IP65 & IK07 protected Heritage Decorative Light as per the requirement & designed for outdoor road/ Campus illumination and aesthetic at FCI premises.Decorative Light should be placed at 4.5 to 5Mtr hight is of die cast aluminium & spun aluminium powder coated 3000-4000K,Lumen efficacy min 100 Lm/Watt,CRI> 70,THD <10%,PF>0.95, .Pole is made with hot dip galvanised sheet having a square Base 200*200mm*1000mm with opposite side of FCI illuminated on two sides at bottom having thickness of pole is 3mm with GI Baseplate 350*350*12mm and having upper GI section of 76mm dia with 3.2mm thickness. Design must ensure adequate structural strength, corrosion resistance and long term durability AS PER IS9595/IS816.
