Providing and laying of bituminous macdam with 100 to 120 tph (tones per hour) hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tons per hour using crust aggregates of grade 2 (19 mm nominal size) premached with 80 / 100 50 minutes vendor 3.30% by weight of total material from the hot mix plant to the work site and laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolled with smooth wheeled 8 to 10 tons for initial breakdown rolling, vibratory roller 8 tons for intermediate rolling and finish rolling 628 turn smooth wheeleld tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction and including supply of all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per clause 504 of MORTH specificationand as per Engineer in charge.
Providing and Laying 50mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120TPH ( Tonnes per hour) batch type HMP(Hot Mix Plant) producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading I (13 mm nominal size) premixed with K60/70(Vg30) @ 4.5% of total rate weight of mix and hydrated lime filler @ 2% of weight of total aggregate transporting the hot mathematics material to work site laying with a hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade 11 and alignment rolling with smooth weld vibratory roller 8 to 10 tons for initial breakdown rolling vibrator roller 8 to 10 10 to achieve the desired compaction and including supply of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per class 508 of MORT&H specification and as per direction of engineer in charge
Providing and laying between us concrete with 100-120 tph batch type HMP producing and average out of 75 ton per hour using crushed aggregate of grade I(13mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 at 5% of weight of mix and hydrated line 2% of weight of aggregate transporting the hard mix to work side laying with hydrostatic power finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wiiled roller 8 to 10 tons for initial breakdown growth in vibrator roller 8 ton for intermediate rolling and finish falling with 608 tonsil to achieve the desired compaction and including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per clause 508 of MORT&H specification and as per direction of engineering charge specification clause 5096
