Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per Square Metre) of road surface using mechanical means bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete as per MORD technical Specification Clause 502 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg. (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic brooms as per drawing & MORD Technical Specification section 500 or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm ( thirty nillimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 ( one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading and using crushed aggregate 13.2 mm ( thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 5.40 to 5.6 ( five decimal four zero to five decimal six zero) percent of mix weight of transported to site laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8 to 10 ( eight to ten) tonne capacity or preumatic type roller of 12 to 15 ( twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPA ( zero decimal five six) for inter mediate rolling and finish rolling with 6 to 8 ( six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH technical specification section 500 and as per the directions and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is includes the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government
