Supply, fabricating and fixing of 3 mm thick Aluminium gutter over existing MS gutter with EPDM Expansion joints for every 6m length, down take spout dia 315mm at suitable intervals as per design discharge for entire gutter length as required & other accessories including welding at joints throughout length as per site requirement to ensure complete water tight system with minimum 10 year water tight guarantee. The gap between existing drain and new drain has to be filled with neoprene pad of 3mm thick. Gutter to be layed over existing MS gutter all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer -In- charge. Note:- The rate is for the complete item of gutter including 1). Profiling/ bending of gutter sheet. 2). Transporation and erection of sheet including scaffolding or any other lifting arrgangements like crane/hydra, platform etc. 3). Electricity and water charges required to complete the work.

Supplying and installation of Aluminium flashing in 0.9mm thick Aluminium, 25µ PVDF paint finish including all formation, welding with minimum 50mm lap, 500mm maximum width around the roof and other areas if required. Flashing colour to match with roof colour. Welding of flashing with minimum 50mm lap including cleaning, grinding and finishing. Dye penetration test to be conducted 100% throughout the entire welding. a) Aluminium flashing 0.9mm thick

Dismantling ACP cladding with Aluminium frame work including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 1 km lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Credit for dismantling and taking away Aluminium flashing sheet of 0.7mm thick all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Fixing available Aluminium composite panel for cladding, ceiling at all levels and height, fixed in presize of infill panel including structural sealant etc. with water tight and air-tight system either curved or straight in plan. The Aluminium composite panel to be fixed with extruded Aluminium basic frame, angle cleats, rivets, G.I. brackets all as approved using suitable dash fastener Hilti / Fischer anchor bolts on RCC/Structural steel, brick masonry walls, including necessary -accessories complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Dismantled ACP sheet as per item No. 3 shall be used)

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick Aluminium composite panel in metallic colour of approved shade for wall cladding and ceiling at all levels and height, fixed in presize of infill panel including structural sealant etc. with water tight and air-tight system either curved or straight in plan. Panel skins material 0.5 mm thick Aluminium sheet (3003 – H16) core material natural polyethylene. The Aluminium composite panel to be fixed with extruded Aluminium basic frame, angle cleats, rivets, G.I. brackets all as approved using suitable dash fastener Hilti / Fischer anchor bolts on RCC/Structural steel, brick masonry walls, including necessary -accessories complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
