Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,Foundation filling of poles or stays.

All as per above item but exceeding depth 1.5 mtr and n exceeding 3 mtrs

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Laying only old bricks retrieved from item No.6 of any size/type laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing existing 1100 volts grade, XLPE/PVC, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of sizes 6 Sqmm 4 core to 16 Sqmm 4 core from trench/ duct/ pipe carefully for identifying the defects and relaying the same after rectification of defects complete all as directed. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule

Dismantling old unserviceable poles and Supply and erection in vertical position Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) all as specified duly factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externaly for embeded portion and painting with one coat of red oxide primer, applying two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint on remaining exposed surfaces after errection complete, painting with synthetic enamel paint of colours black and yellow alternate strips of 30cm width upto 1.5 mtr from the top of coping complete including making suitable holes where required all as specified and directed .Note : PCC in foundation, coping, Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal) will be measured and paid separately under relative items of Sch 'A'.

Material, labour , testing & commissioning of straight through jointing kit, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE/ PVC cables of size 6 to 16 Sqmm 3.5/4 core with working voltage 1100 volts .

Cutting, trimming of hanging/ extended braches of trees upto a distance 3 meter from the overhead HT/LT line and making the line clear upto the entire length of the feeder including removal and disposal of the cut tree branches 50 meters away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Rates shall inclusive of T&P, hydraulic ladder, equipment such as motorised diesel operated hacksaw etc complete. One span comprises of 3 to 5 conductors of any distance between one pole to adjacent pole including trimming of all tree branches in vicinty & around poles /conductor & will be measured as one span. Necessary prior permission shall be obtained from concerned I/C JE E/M before carrying out the work. All safety measures & insurance to the staff undertaking the Job shall be the Contractor's responsibility.

Dismantling unserviceable cross arms including clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc from pole.

Supply, fabricate and fix cross arms any size along with, brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, bracers etc including drilling holes, cold/hot complete and fixed to pole including one primer coat and one under and finishing coat of paint.

Dismantlin of ACSR conductor of any size, from insulator etc from the structure/over head line all as directed.

M&L replacement of ACSR conductor of any size as ordered by Engr-in-charge including tightening and bindingh with new binding wires to insulators all as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, size

M&L pin type insulator vitreous, white, brown, or green insulator includig one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade.

Material & labour for fixing in repairs Stay assembly complete with accessories such as MS stay plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm thick, stay rod 20mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI including GI stay strand of size 7/4 mm all as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I of 2009 or directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), PCC, stay clamp and loop type insulators will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule items).

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box factory made cubicle indoor type, fabricated out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron base frame made of 40 x 40 x 6mm , 45 cm height, floor mounted duly bolts and nuts grouted, dust and vermine proof, suitable for voltage 415 V 3 Phase 4 wire weather proof, with IP-66 protection, with separate hinge door for each compartment for incoming and outgoing MCCB etc with locking arrangement, with back door openable (Screwed), legs grouted in PCC complete including painting with two coats of epoxy powder paint over a coat of primer after under going a rigorous metal treatment process involving alkaline degreasing, descaling in dilute sulphuric acid or any other acid and phosphate and with aluminium busbar (TPN), suitable double compression copper cable glands complete in all respect for Bay work station and including provn of the following:- Note: The panel shall be as per CPRI certificate. Note : PCC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for replacement of traffic light & alternate flasher/blinker LED more than 250 CDL & No of LED more than 108/12V solar plate charging current >= 500 MA, LED color yellow/Red/Green with battery backup 12V/7.5 Ah 24 Hrs Atonomy, auto on/off function with high & low voltage cut off with dawn dusk function inbuilt and mounting on GI pole 80mm dia making necessary connection with suitable size of 4 sqmm cable.

Note for item No.1 to 169: The work involves of various areas of AGE E/M (S) Pathankot. The Contractor shall depute manpower on daily basis for attending and rectifying the jobs in time. If any breakdowns/complaints simultaneously occured in any areas shall be attended simultaneously by deputing additional manpower/T&P for rectification of defects.The rate quoted deemed to be included for the same. Recovery for non attending of any type rectification/complaint/breakdowns shall be at the rate of Rs 2500 per day irrespective nature of complaint/defect.
