M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. completge all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for 30mm thick (consoildated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5 % binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver rolled and compacted over and incl a tack coat of bitumen (VG -10) @ 5 Kg/10Sqm to existing black top surface to required camber and gradient with power roller 10 to 12 tonne using paving bitumen as binder completge all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for laying bituminous macadam (compacted thickness 75mm or less) using 4% binder conents (paving bitumen VG-30) weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver roller including a tack coat of bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller 10 to 12 tonne using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road / pavement and like using thermoplastic road marking (White/Yellow) paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement up to 160 degree Centigrade complete All as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watewred and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning 25mm thick laying in floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 80mm thickness, M-35 Grade machine pressed rubber moulded concrete colour interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor/ paving/ path etc with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves shall not to more than 5 mm, including making drainage opening where ever required complete all as spoecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in encasing of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replcement for reinforced concrete pipes,(450mm dia) class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to brick/concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M&L preparation and applying two coats of white washing on newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M&L for Formwork to flat faces of walls, abutments and similar work including attached pillasters, butresses, etc vertical or to batter on flat rough finish surface complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete rail ings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directedby Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs exc 20 cm thick, flat fair surfaces complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M & L 10 mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending binding with MS wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M & L for RCC M-30 nominal mix (20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, incl rafts, footing, foundation beams etc basement slabs and mass concrete complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M & L for RCC M-30 nominal mix (20mm graded stone aggregate) in walls, retaining walls and the like any thickness above top of footing including attached plasters and butresses complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M/L for RCC M-30 nominal-mix (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof slabs supported on walls, deck slabs etc complete all as specified and directedby Engineer in charge. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note:- A sum of Rs. 11500.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
