Renovation and Beatification of Gudi Bandha in W.No-24

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil within 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Conveying the excavated earth by mechanical means within 5 km lead with loading and unloading etc. complete.

Providing, supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P etc., complete.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in F&F using 40mm size hbg metal of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect .

R.C.C. work M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite crusher broken stone chips including centering & shuttering and, T&P,Labour ,Materials Roylity etc complete.

Providing M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials complete in ground floor.

Fly ash bricks of 23Cm. x 12 Cm. x 8 Cm. size having crushing slrength not less than 75 Kg./Cm2 with cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including splays, cuttings, circular moldings, watering & curing for 7 days, cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

12mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) finished smooth to brick masonry including racking out joints including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

6mm thick cement plester (1:4) to RCC surface finish smooth including closed deep chiping & slury treatment including all cost conveyance royalty and taxes etc. comp.
