Supply, install, testing & commissioning of feeder pillar box in repair of adequate size, including necessary excavation / returing, refilling, removal of surplus soil to trace out incoming and out going cable connection, thimbles of size as required, cubical outdoor type, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet outer body, weather and vermin proof with IP-54 protection, including bus bar chamber including all internal section made out from 2mm thick CRCA sheet for housing of the Aluminium bus bar as per size, both side openable double door & having, locking arrangments on both sides,CPRI approved, mounted over angle iron frame made out from equal angle 50 x 50 x 5 mm thick at the bottom of height not less than 45 cm above ground level and not less than 30 cm in ground/floor mounted duly grouted in PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate facotry made CPRI approved duly powder coated and write name of area on feeder box along as per below & size of feeder pillar to be adequate to accommodate the following MCCB and the electrical components :- Note : The cost to be deemed to be included for taking out of existing old u/s feeder pillar box including necessary disconnection & reconnection of all incoming & out going calbes. Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I and incl 40 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (upto 7.5 metres beyond outer edge of earth pit) PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in pit with 40mm thick RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and chaarcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete. Note : Rate of item is deemed to be included for excavation in hard rock, by compressor machine to achieve required depth.

Repair of the LT panel board/Feeder pillar (i.e door lcok arrangements, door alingment set left & right side and etc of the panels ) in different location of Aundh military camp area, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. Note : Cost of labour, cotton waste and T&P required for upkeeping/maint work is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for foundation, laying of cables, pipe etc and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer of soil complete and all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for riddled earth cushioning to under ground cable in trenches / existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after gentling punning.

Supply and laying precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 2, flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm size for cable protection.

Taking down the old brick / PCC cable cover during excavation and relaying the same serviceable brick / PCC covers for protection of UG cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for filling in, mass concrete for foundation of Pole, Transformer, Panel board, stay, post top lantern, repairs to road cutting, drain, path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole / reconstruction old damaged copings etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable,multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/walls/drawn through pipes or poles etc of following sizes including necessary termination alluminium lugs & glands of sizes all as specified and directed:-

16 sqmm 4 core

25 sqmm 3.5 core

35 sqmm 3.5 core

Taking down underground unserviceable LT cable from trenches. Note : Excavation shall be masured and paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.
