Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and remove outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plastering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) with water proofing compoundat the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.(WPC will be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (compony depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixed hot deep galvanized (HDG) mild steel fabrication as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

Supply and Fix for mild steel hot deep galvanized (HDG) framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing SMC PANEL TANK confirming to Panel must be ISI Marked and have ISI Logo with CML and Batch Number along with ISI Code.(ISI 14399 Part-1 & Part-11-2006) of the under mentioned size (4mt x 4mt x 1.5mt) and capacity (24KL.) made out of HOT PRESS MOULDED SHEET MOULDING COMPOUND (SMC) Panels of size 1005mm X 1005 mm. The flange should be perpendicular to the main surface. The shape should be Trunk Type for extra strength and 90 degree flanges predrilled for bolting. All the Flanges of the Panel should have maximum 13 Nos. holes for fastening/joining the panels to one another. Hot Pressed Moulded SMC Pre Drilled Corner Pieces with built-in ribs of the size 75mm X 75 mm should be provided for 90 degree joints of tank walls or wall to base or wall to roof joints complete Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG) hardware nuts, bolts and washers. Special sealant having excellent UV Resistance as well as suitable for portable water, complete with Top Covered construction having Man-Hole with Cover of Dia 600mm and internal FRP Ladder. The tank after erection and assembled as per Manufacturer Specification's shall be filled with water upto overflow level, which will be placed near the roof of the tank and test for leakages rectified any leakage found during the testing should be rectified to make it 100% leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. of Engineer-in-Charge. (ISI Logo & CML number must be printed on all Panels) Note :- The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of water supply temporary arrangement for the wing / respective buildings to be made by contractor for the existing capacity of tank, pipes connection and fittings.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of debris out of Mod Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’, old size, best quality bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 as in kitchen slab using 40mm grade stone aggregate incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 18 to 20 mm thick granite work as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms platformwork/ counter to fix wash basin in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc for storey as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl all necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth Putty finish as required punning 3mm thick over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections and removing from store of following sizes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300x200mmx7mm thick including over 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying tile finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated sheathed copper conductors 1100 volts grade drawn through & including PVC conduit of size not less than 25mm width, ISI marked with accessories fixed on wall/ceiling/truss etc with PVC non metallic ISI marked terminal boxes surfacing on wall including one FRLS PVC insulated & sheathed multistranded green colour copper conductor 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth as earth dolly for :-

Supply and fix 2 single core FRLS 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm in and including PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 10 sqmm (green colour) for earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 2 runs of 10 Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC conduit and 1 run of 10 Sqmm cable shall be measured as 1 RM.
