Supply and fixing House service bracket complete with 1.5m long G.I. pipe 40mm dia light. grade, two nos 90/45 degree bends. M.S.hook and stay or guy and fixed with 25mm x 4mm MS flat with necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc, as required and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and fixed to pole complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing 50mm bore GI pipe bracket (Light Grade) of length 1.5 mtrs bent to shape and fixed with 25mm x 4mm MS flat with necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc, as required and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and fixed to pole complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 1.5 Sq.mm size three core PVC insulated cppper conductor cable of for connection from junction box to street light fittings run through pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for thermpolastic cable junction box IP 66 with metric knocknouts for cable entry and 4 way terminal of size 155mm x 210mm x 92mm having 04 Nos copper bus bar fixed on procelian insulators fixed in position with aluminum clamps of size 25mm x 3mm and necssary nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for trimming of tree branches (by taking proper shut down from Sub-Station) near LT/HT over head lines upto 3 m clearance around the line on all sides including removing from site all as required and directed. (Note : T&P and ladders will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Repair/Servicing of Diesel Engine of any make directly coupled with alternator of 200 KVA/160 kVA capacity, draining out the existing engine oil from the bottom of the oil sump and checking the entire serviceablity system of DG set testing and commissioning the same at site complete all as specified and as directed.. Note: (i)New Spares as required shall be measured and paid separately under subsequent items as “Supply only” and cost of repairing is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate quoted) (ii) DG set shall be checked for servicing once in 6 months or 200 hour whichever is less. (iii) Work shall be carried out through Original manufacturer or their authorized dealer. Certificate to this effect shall be produced before commencement of work. (iv) Proper record of testing shall be maintained as directed by Engg-In-Charge (v) Quoted rate is inclusive of necssary oiling and greasing, cotton ware, brushes etc and T&P required for the same (v) Contractor shall submit service report by authorized dealer/service centre.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully defective self starter of 24 volt capacity of 320/200 KVA DG Sets duly disconnecting all electrical cable connections and mechanical supports, transporting the same to civil authorised work shop and dismantling and opening into parts of self starter for assessing the defects and damaged parts and rectifying the defects by changing the defective spares including testing the same after replacement of defective spares and bring back the self starter from workshop to site and re-install the same to its original position and reconnect all disconnected connections and mechanical supports etc. all as specified and as directed..

Disconnecting and taking down carefully defective self starter of 24 volt capacity of 140/125/63 KVA DG Sets duly disconnecting all electrical cable connections and mechanical supports, transporting the same to civil authorised work shop and dismantling and opening into parts of self starter for assessing the defects and damaged parts and rectifying the defects by changing the defective spares including testing the same after replacement of defective spares and bring back the self starter from workshop to site and re-install the same to its original position and reconnect all disconnected connections and mechanical supports etc. all as specified and as directed..

Disconnecting and dismantling including taking down carefully radiator assembly from 140 KVA/125 KVA DG Set for cleaning soldering including servicing dully disconnecting all water hose and other mechanical supports, transporting the radiator assembly to work shop, opening into parts cleaning the radiator fans with cleaning such as cotton waste cotton rags and soda water etc. soldering/brazing the broken/leakage fins and reassembling the same after replacement of defective spares and transporting the same from workshop to site and mounting its to original position including testing etc. complete all as directed.

Disconnecting electrically and opening AMF Panel of 320/200 KVA capacity DG Sets and checking all electrical cable connection and power contactorsprogramming of microprocessor panel, cleaning of contactors, replacement of fuse etc, and rectifying the other defects complete and refixing the same after repair and replacement of unserviceable components/parts and testing of panel after reparing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix battery, 12 Volts, AH-180, plate -25, suitable for DG Set including initial charging complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Power contactor 200 Amps 4 Pole with dust cover complete all as specified and as directed.
