RequiredProfit/loss- The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during available last five consecutive balance sheet (balance sheet in case of private/public limited company means its standalone financial statement and consolidated financial statement both), duly audited and certified by the Chartered Accountant. (For Specialized agency)

RequiredBankers Certificate from a Commercial Bank OR Net worth Certificate- Bankers Certificate of the amount equal to 40 Percent of the Estimated Cost put to tender (ECPT) OR Net worth certificate of minimum 10 Percent of the estimated cost put to tender issued by certified Chartered Accountant with UDIN. (For Specialized agency)
